Spend your vacation in Fonyód!

We are waiting for you all summer at HAUS AUER, where you can spend your free time in a cozy and familiar environment. Lake Balaton is about 500 meters from the house and a 12 minute walk and you are already in the village center.

Our holiday home (approx. 80 m2) can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. In the garden you can enjoy the swimming pool and the sun terrace.

Beautifull and nice holiday location

Very nice house. Modern and pleasant for relaxing with youre own pool. Close to the village, restaurants and lake Balaton.

Super gepflegtes Haus

Sehr sauberes gepflegtes Haus. Sepp (Hausmeister) ist super. Vermieterin + Sepp sprechen sehr gut deutsch. Von beiden haben wir super Tipps für Ausflüge und Essen bekommen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Perfekter Familienurlaub

Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit im Haus von Adrienn. Auch liebe Grüße an Sepp der sich super um den Pool kümmert. Die Kommunikation von der Buchung bis zur Abreise ein Traum. Herrlich war es jeden Abend auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und sich im Pool zu erfrischen. Auch ist es zum Balaton und zu Geschäften in der Umgebung nur ein Katzensprung. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Lg René

Begeistert und überaus zufrieden

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus. Es war sauber. Es war ordentlich. Das Haus hat alles wiedergegeben was das Inserat versprach. Die Übernahme und Übergabe war überaus freundlich und kommunikativ. Kurz gesagt: Wir waren hellauf begeistert 😁.

Einfach nur toll

Also vorneweg muss ich sagen, das mir mein Sohn gesagt hat, ich soll dem Haus eine nicht so gute Rezension geben, da ja sonst noch viel mehr darauf aufmerksam werden und es so schwerer für uns zu buchen wäre😀😀😀 Aber ich muss ehrlich sagen, das dieses Haus das beste Haus war, welches wir bisher hatten. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Wir wurden total nett empfangen und bekamen eine tolle Einweisung. Für Fragen oder ähnliches war immer jemand da. Das Haus hat alles, was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Es ist eine Waschmaschine, ein Trockner und eine Kühltruhe vorhanden. Das WLAN ist in allen Räumen und auch im Garten von top Qualität. Der Pool ist sensationell. Er wurde regelmäßig von Sepp gereinigt und kontrolliert. Er ist die gute Seele des Hauses…bei Fragen oder Problemen konnten wir ihn jederzeit kontaktieren und es wurde uns gleich geholfen. In ca 15min ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum von Fonyod. In der Umgebung kann man viel unternehmen. Da ist für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Und wenn man Ruhe will, bleibt man eben einfach im Haus. Alles in allem können wir das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Meine Jungs (6 und 11 Jahre ) und wir hatten viel Spaß. Liebe Grüße aus Thüringen…wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus, gerne wieder.

Alles wie auf den Bildern. Ruhige Umgebung in einer Seitenstraße. Haus und Garten sind sauber und gepflegt. Sehr zu empfehlen. Fantastischer Ersteindruck von Ungarn Immer wieder gerne.

Toller erholsamer Familienurlaub

Es war ein super toller Urlaub. Es hat alles gepasst. Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben. Würde sagen sogar noch besser als auf den Bildern zu erkennen ist. Der Empfang vier Ort ist toll und auch während des Aufenthalts ist immer ein Kontakt möglich. Danke für alles!!

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub am Balaton

Haus und Garten sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, fast wie zu Hause. Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich weiter zu empfehlen.

Genau wie auf den Bildern. Hier macht Urlaub wirklich Spaß. Man kommt rein und fühlt sich wohl. An diesem Ferienhaus sollten sich andere Vermieter ein Beispiel nehmen. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus zum wohlfühlen!

Das Haus war sauber und ist modern eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man so braucht. Auch der Außenbereich mit überdachter Terrasse und Pool mit Liegen ist klasse. Es ist alles so, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen. Ein gelungener Urlaub.

wunderschöner Badeurlaub im perfekten Ferienhaus!

Wir waren schon lange nicht mehr in Ungarn, da wir unser Vertrauen verloren hatten, aber jetzt haben wir es wieder zurückgewonnen. Das Haus war sehr schön, komfortabel und hat eine perfekte Lage, wodurch wir uns super erholen konnten. Vorallem der Pool war großartig, wir haben jeden Tag gebadet. Man kann den anderen, nur positiven Bewertungen nur zustimmen, es war einfach perfekt. Wir bedanken uns nochmal für ALLES und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Liebe Grüße, Familie Heidecker

Urlaub wie man ihn sich wünscht!!!!

Wir haben lange auf diesen Urlaub gewartet und wurden von der Unterkunft nicht enttäuscht, die Gegend selber kannten wir schon von früher. Die Tür ging auf und wir fühlten uns sofort zu Hause, liebevoll eingerichtet mit kleinen süßen Details, bequeme Betten, tolles Bad und der Pool ist absolut toll, reicht für Erfrischungen für den ganzen Tag, ob vor dem Frühstück oder nach dem Abendbrot wir haben ihn immer genutzt. Wir hatten auch eine prima "Betreuung" im Urlaub, bei Fragen oder Probleme sofort Hilfe. Wir kommen wieder, vielen Dank für ALLES! Liebe Grüße Fam. Fricke

tolles Ferienhaus für die Familie

Ein wirklich zu empfehlendes Ferienhaus. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Bilder versprechen viel und halten es auch. Es ist alles in einem sehr guten gepflegten Zustand. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Pool im Außenbreich, welcher schön und gepflegt angelegt ist, war ein Highlight. Das Auto konnte sicher in der Garage geparkt werden, wo im Nebenraum gleich ein Waschraum mit Maschine und Trockner zu finden ist. Das Haus ist in ruhiger Lage und trotzdem ist alles in unmittelbarer Nähe, ob Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants oder Strand. Die Vermieter waren immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Danke Sepp ;-) Ich würde am liebsten sofort wieder hin.

Traumhaftes Haus für den perfekten Familienurlaub

Wir haben dieses Jahr das erste Mal Familienferien am Plattensee gemacht und sind restlos begeistert. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, nicht im Ortskern aber gleich um die Ecke gibt es ein Lebensmittelgeschäft. Sitzt man auf dem Balkon, hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Plattensee und das gegenüberliegende Ufer. Das Haus wurde vermutlich kürzlich komplett renoviert und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool ist fantastisch, unsere Kinder aber auch wir Erwachsenen verbrachten sehr viel Zeit darin. Der Vermieter des Hauses war immer für uns da wenn wir ihn brauchten. Ihm gebührt ein spezieller Dank!!! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Fazit: Ausnahmslos empfehlenswert für Familien aber auch für alle anderen!
