Bonjour. Et content de voir que vous avez passé finalement une bonne semaine. En ce qui concerne le balcon, heureusement que les carrelages ne sont pas fixés par de la colle ou par des joints. Sinon ce serait une piscine . L écoulement se fait par la chappe en béton. C est par confort que les anciens propriétaires ont posé ces carrelages et nous trouvons cela plutôt agréable. Cordialement.

L'appartement est très agréable, cuisine bien équipée avec huile et épices, la vue est top. A savoir il y a possibilité d'ouvrir entre la chambre et le salon. La literie est confortable. Le centre de Villard est à deux pas et les navettes proches nous ont permis de venir sans voiture lenavettelesprochesnavjderrièttiv
