Warm apartment (49m2) of 2 rooms + independent kitchen, balcony facing SOUTH WEST located in the city centre overlooking the park of the tourist office.

Quiet apartment with two superb unobstructed views of the village and the mountains. It is on the 4th floor without lift with a cellar on the ground floor to store skis, boots...
12 minutes by car from the resort of Côte 2000 (alpine skiing); 9 minutes from Bois Barbu (cross-country skiing) Close to Autrans and the Herbouilly plateau. Luge park at the bottom of the village.
Near the bus station (150 metres), departure of the free shuttles to cote 2000 and Bois Barbu.
The apartment offers the possibility of sleeping 6 people. It is composed of:
• A bedroom with a double bed (140*190).
• A living / dining room with a comfortable 140 sofa bed and two good quality convertible armchairs. (Possibility of 4 beds). This living room opens onto a balcony facing SOUTH WEST. Superb view of the park, village and mountains.
• Well equipped independent kitchen where you can easily eat for 6 with a great view.
• Shower room and separate WC.
This recently purchased accommodation has been fully equipped to allow you to spend a pleasant stay: WI-FI, television, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, fondue set, oven, microwave, electric hob, washing machine, filter coffee maker.
We provide: tea towels, bath mats and you will find some basic food products (salt, pepper, oil,...) as well as cleaning products.

A cleaning deposit of 70 EUROS will be requested on arrival and will be returned to you if the cleaning option does not interest you and it is well done.

Bon sejour, emplacement idéal pour centre ville et balades, parc juste en bas.Bonne literie, appartement bien équipé, stationnement facile juste en bas de l'immeuble ou bien en bas de la rue.Points négatifs : joints de la douche, carrelage du balcon décollé

Bonjour. Et content de voir que vous avez passé finalement une bonne semaine. En ce qui concerne le balcon, heureusement que les carrelages ne sont pas fixés par de la colle ou par des joints. Sinon ce serait une piscine . L écoulement se fait par la chappe en béton. C est par confort que les anciens propriétaires ont posé ces carrelages et nous trouvons cela plutôt agréable. Cordialement.

Appartement très agréable à deux pas du centre ville

L'appartement est très agréable, cuisine bien équipée avec huile et épices, la vue est top. A savoir il y a possibilité d'ouvrir entre la chambre et le salon. La literie est confortable. Le centre de Villard est à deux pas et les navettes proches nous ont permis de venir sans voiture lenavettelesprochesnavjderrièttiv
