Property was clean, even though I have never encountered a place that I have to wash the towels used. There were a small issue with roaches and the owner was told in which they were very understanding and will take care of it going forward.Great place/great owner

The pool screen door is broken and there is no screen, which allows insects and other pests to enter the home. We have found roaches in both the kitchen and living room, which is extremely concerning and unacceptable. The chairs in the kitchen are very squeaky and not sturdy, they need to be replaced. The pool lights are not working.The grill does not appear to have been properly cleaned. There are multiple maintenance issues throughout the property that give the impression that the home has not been properly inspected or maintained between guests. Mind you this is my second time and my last time staying here. The first time was amazing but not the second time.

The house is beautiful. Loved the bedrooms, very spacious and they all have their own bathrooms. Pool was a perfect size for my kids however the light burnt out on the first day and was not able to be replaced until after we left. Unfortunately the kitchen had roaches and really made us not want to do any cooking there. The decorative plates on the dining room table still had crumbs on them from the people before so I knew they were not cleaned. The toilets seem to struggle a little bit with flushing. All in all the house is lovely but needs a little more tlc.

Absolutely beautiful home, very spacious and well kept - nicest rental I have ever stayed in. All six kids loved the pool and game room. Great area with lots of friendly neighbors.The only negative was that the beds are very creaky, which woke us up.

We had a beautiful stay. The house was clean and spacious. We really enjoyed having a bathroom in each bedroom. The pool was perfect for unwinding after a day full of adventures. Our cousin Reunion could not have been and better.

We’ve rented this home twice, each time for a month. Big, roomy, and clean there is plenty of room for extended family to visit. Juan (the owner) is great to work with. Everyone loved the pool!

Perfect family vacation Home

Me and my family do an annual Florida trip and this Joe was perfect for everyone. Every room has their own bathroom, very clean and spacious. We had a minor issue with the pool but the owner was able to fix the issue in a timely manner. Will definitely book again in the future. Thank you
