Amazing

Very satisfied with the booking process& communication from the owner. All was as expected, especially when I came across with an issue with the BBQ grill and the owner replaced it within the hour. That was amazing and very grateful for that.

Awesome family home

Our Florida vacation was fantastic! The main attraction was the large, warm pool! Plenty of loungers and seating. The layout upstairs allowed us to separate families with children from those without. Issues with the house were mostly quickly resolved, with the exception of the leaking shower in the primary suite bathroom. It needs to be addressed before the next rental. If we’d known in advance that the plumbing was prone to clogging, we would have avoided buying Costco bathroom tissue, saving us a trip to return it. A few items were missing (sheet pan, bbq brush) but mostly the home was well equipped. The host, Juan was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Great house, great vacay.

Great

Overall the house was great, clean, and had plenty of space for all the family. Check-in was easy. All necessary kitchen appliances and dinnerware were at the home. Love the game room. Plenty of towels. We stayed for 7 days. Our only issue was the two master beds, they are not comfortable and the noise that either the mattress or box spring make is loud! We could not move all night because it would wake my toddler! It was a great stay but honestly be prepared to be soar or not sleep well. We ended up sleeping in the floor, way more comfortable then the beds.

Wonderful

The first thing my husband said when we walked in was that this house was too nice for us, lol. It is so big and roomy. We are a family of 6, and everyone had their own room and bathroom. Pool was a great size and lots of room for all of us to sit and lay out. BBQ was great we have stayed at homes that didnt have one and really missed it. Jaun was quick to reply to every question we had. Would recommend this home.

Beautiful home and great location

Our stay was memorable and we had a great time. Property is spacious, well maintained, clean and comfortable. However, it was missing some key staples which we expected to find upon arrival. We are regular VRBO guests worldwide and are experienced in staying in others' homes. This property lacked what are generally considered 'basics': hand soap, oven gloves, baking trays, sponges, kitchen towel, cleaning products, rolling pin, dish detergent, laundry powder, shampoo/conditioner or shower gel, tissues, oil, vinegar, enough wine glasses or silverware for the size of property... the list goes on! When we arrived, there was a dead mouse and frog in the pool and we spent nearly half an hour cleaning out the filthy grill from previous tenants in which a plastic brush had been left and melted into the grill base. We spent a considerable amount of money getting 'set up' with basics to live there for a week so that we could comfortably celebrate Christmas as a family of 11. Nothing we purchased could be brought with us because of luggage restrictions on flights, so we pretty much set the house up for the next guests to have a great experience on our dime. That aside, everything else was wonderful. Location is perfect, home is secure and spacious and the owner was wonderful to work with. Friendly, responsive and accommodating. I wish I could give it a 5-star review but the amount of items we had to buy just to get set up was extraordinary and unreasonable for such a luxurious property

Great vacation. Home

Check in was easy,home was clean and contact with host was easy and he responded quickly. My only suggestion would be to offer cleaning products so we can clean up a bit after ourselves. Also there was no cooking pans for in oven. We had to go out and find baking sheets for oven. Overall we had an amazing big vacation and would definitely return here.

Perfect Orlando Getaway

Located in Davenport which made it a quiet and private location. We found multiple routes to Disney that avoided getting onto I-4. The house backs up to natural Florida land which made it nice to enjoy the pool and back deck even more. Juan was an excellent host and VERY responsive when needed. House was beautiful with walk in showers everywhere. The king suites also had garden tubs. Really great stay!!

Great villa for all the family!

Juan was an exceptional host, and our entire family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at his property. We were a group of 12 (8 adults and 4 children), and the home accommodated us perfectly. The spacious layout provided plenty of room for everyone to relax together, while still offering enough space for privacy when needed. The pool area was a particular highlight, offering a large, inviting space where the whole family could unwind and enjoy the sunshine. While we encountered a few minor issues, Juan addressed them immediately, ensuring our stay was seamless. The only downside for us was the location, as we're accustomed to being closer to Disney. However, this was only a slight difference in distance, and if that’s the only drawback, it’s clear that Juan has done an amazing job with his property.

Vacation home 2024

The vacation home was in a very nice and secure area. Unfortunately there was some issue with the second floor AC which was a small hicup on my vacation but the owner was very nice as to refund me for a night stay for the trouble. The property manager Oscar was in the property prior to my arrival working on the issue. There were some minor issue which I think would make this property top notch. One would be the available number of pool towels, with the number of rooms available the number of towels was very limited. Simple cleaning items like sponges and maybe some extra paper towels would have been been great if available. We were missing a coffee maker pot when we arrived which was reported to the property manager and promptly resolved but this little things make a difference. Some complimentary items like coffee, sugar or toiletries for the bathrooms which I’ve seen in my previous rental would have been been appreciated but overall, the home is beautiful and spacious which for a large is great. The prompt response from both owner and manager was greatly appreciated. I would consider coming back to this home. Thanks again for renting us your home.

Good House in very secure area

We spent a week with our family in the house. It is a wonderful resort, and very save. Overall the house was very good. There is plenty of room and a game room, that our son enjoyed. The pool has a very good size. Our only negativ point : The cleanliness could certainly be better, but we are used to Swiss standard. Under the furniture it was not cleaned, some of the bed covers were not washed, had staines on them we had to wash them first. The pool table needs to be vacuumed as well. Beside and behind the washing machine and dryer it was very filthy. Outside wasn't cleaned, we had to sweep the floor first on the pool deck. All bathrooms could use a renovation and a deep cleaning. Also the pool pump was a mystery, we never heard it running. There was dirt collecting in the area that should actually suck the water in to clean. It just took a lot more time to clean the water with the net. So if this house would get a deep cleaning, it would be the perfect house, and then we would stay there again.

Great place!

Juan was very responsive & accommodating. House was clean & cozy. Lots of things such as plenty of towels, pool floats, dishes, etc that most places don't provide. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Awesome house - huge! Best part - all the bathrooms! Worst part - no cookie sheets/baking pans or pot holders or metal tools for grill ( need a metal spatula) pots & pans need replacing - Juan responded promptly with any concerns. Would rent it again👌👍

This is an amazing house.

This house was amazing. Huge house, lots of room. The garage with the pool table and foosball table was great for evenings to hang out in. The pool was great and we even got to see a turtle a few days who had a nest in the woods behind us. Would definitely stay here again. Juan was great to work with, he always responded very quickly to any questions we had. Probably the best host I have had so far.

Family Vacation

My family and I stayed for two weeks over Christmas. The host was great!! Very responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful. Looked just as pictured . The only downfall we came across was the driveway . If you drive larger vehicles, driveway will not fit four . The kitchen was equipped but could use better cooking pans and utensils. But all in all our stay was amazing!

We’ve rented this home twice, each time for a month. Big, roomy, and clean there is plenty of room for extended family to visit. Juan (the owner) is great to work with. Everyone loved the pool!

We really enjoyed out stay, the house was just as described, it was clean and the host was great. I really appreciated the quick response to my questions. We had such a good time that we wanted to re-book for the summer but unfortunately the house is already booked. Hopefully we will get a chance to stay again in the future.

Watersong 6 bedroom find

Overall our stay was very nice. House was as advertised and pretty well equipped. We did have a couple of mechanical issues but the owner (Juan) was very eager and able to solve them. He even provided us a rebate in recognition of our small inconveniences. Watersong is a nice location, unfortunately the traffic on 17/92 is bad and getting worse (certainly not the owner’s fault) but impacts the location satisfaction. If/when in need of a large house in the future, would seek out this one again.

Disney Vacation

The property was located in a convenient spot for Disney and Universal. The property manager Juan was extremely helpful and constantly in contact with us. He did a great job. The bedroom set up was perfect for a family of 10. I would stay here again.
