March in Nice

The area was close to the water and made for excellent walking. Stores were very close. The apartment was very clean with a wonderful balcony. The only negative is that all the cupboards were very tall as well as the fridge. Difficult to reach for someone 5ft3.

Great Apartment

A great, very clean, perfectly designed apartment where nothing is missing. Everything is of the highest quality, including excellent mattresses. Very good air conditioning in both rooms, and a large balcony. With the L2 tram right in front of the building and buses on the Prom des Anglais, everything is easy to reach. We spent 10 nights in the apartment and explored the Côte d’Azur by train and bus from here. The best direct train connection via the L2 is the station Nice St-Augustin. Be sure to try the delicious pastries and sandwiches at the boulangerie Mattera in the same building. Communication with N&J was very good, and all the requested extras were provided. Please note that the key must be picked up and returned directly at the agency, it’s about a 15-minute walk from the apartment A key box right at the entrance would be nice. The description is missing a few things that the apartment offers: a kettle, an oven, a microwave, an ironing board with an iron, and very comfortable box-spring beds. Please review the instructions for the appliances, some of them are incorrect or confusing.

Emplacement parfait !
