Getaway for the whole family!

Discover your home away from home in this 2 story in a quiet McKinney neighborhood. Relax in this 4 bdrm w/ 3TVs, 2 full bathrooms and half bath.

FREE: Parking, Wi-Fi/Internet, Complimentary Coffee.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, 2 family rooms and a large, grassy yard with seating and fire pit! Sleeps 10-14 comfortably w/ room to spare. Visit our downtown historic district, or relax in this beautifully decorated home.

The space
There are 2 king beds, 2 queen beds and a twin over twin bunk bed. There's a sleeper sofa, a queen air mattress and two sectionals, a crib and a pack n play. 2 dining areas and a play room! A beautiful open concept area semi formal dining and breakfast bar. The master has it's own TV as well as an ensuite with a large tub and shower, plus a large walk in closet with a crib. There's a large yard with grass that's great for outdoor activities.

There is Coffee, toiletries, washer/dryer, iron, hair dryer, plus toys and books for kids. There are 3 desks for work as well as a Lego/homework table in the upstairs living area. There is no guest access to the garage.

Guest access
Two cars can park in the driveway. Two cars can also park on the street, but neighborhood regulation asks that you do not leave a car on the street for more than 24 hours. We have never had a problem, but just keep that in mind. There is usually room for more cars across the street as well. Please do not block the mailbox

Other things to note
We have a strict no party policy. However, this home is set up for large families. We ask that quiet hours are respected between 9:00pm and 8:00am.

We do not allow pets. We do not make exceptions for pets due to severe allergies. Thank you for your understanding.

Had a relaxed stay during my wedding

We were a full house at Josie’s place during the stay. The place felt like home and Josie was very responsive to any questions we had. Some things were not working properly and Josie had them fixed ASAP. Would definitely recommend and come back

Family wedding

Perfect size for our needs. Kitchen is well supplied especially since we needed to bake. Relatively clean but In general the house could use some sprucing up. Dishwasher is scarey looking but works. No washcloths. Recliner back broken and a lamp would be nice in family room. Child crayon marks on walls and toys under beds. Large area of standing water in back yard.

first impressions garage door black exhaust on door ? house very nice plenty of room , nice neighborhood, good parking , sleeps 14 we had 9. only seven wash cloths all in main bedroom cloths very small ? , no laundry soap had some with us, no floor towels for showers, shower slippery No mat, couch broken backs , hand towels worthless, none in bathroom down stairs ? not nit picking but We travel alot, bath towel, hand towels and wash cloths are in sets ? Over all thumbs- up

Loved it!

This place was awesome and accommodated me and my family! There was plenty of space for the 10 kids that were with us and plenty to entertain them in the upstairs loft. They had a tv, fusbol table, Legos, crayons, game boards and even a game console. There is also a nearby park (5 minutes walking) with a splash pad and play ground. We made breakfast every morning and always had plenty of kitchen pots, pans, plates and utensils. Anytime I had a question for the owner I would get a response within minutes. This home is cozy and I would strongly recommend it to others!
