Welcome to our luxurious 1 bedroom/1 bath apt in the heart of beautiful Downtown Doral!

We are located in the 5350Park building in Downtown Doral next door to Publix Supermarket & Downtown Doral strip.

Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm

The check-in process will take place virtually on weekends and after 5 pm. An envelope containing your unit number and instructions to access it will be left with the concierge. Your elevator FOB will be placed inside the unit. The concierge service is available 24/7 for any late check-in's.

Miami medical stay

I was at Provident Grand for 8 days during my husband's hospital stay. The Provident Grand was the perfect safe and comfortable place for me. The residence was modern, clean, near restaurants and shopping with an extra bonus of a park just across the street. I highly recommend.
