In the hypercenter, between the Belfry and the Grand Place, in a quiet street with a private backyard designed to enjoy the sunny days and 10 minutes walk from the train station, enjoy the assets of the city of Arras in a refurbished apartment.<br>The apartment has a living room with sofa, a flat screen TV;<br>You access the inner courtyard directly through the kitchen which is fully equipped with: hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge. You also have a coffee maker and a Nespresso machine (capsules), a kettle, a toaster.<br>The master bedroom has a 160x200 bed, a small wardrobe and 2 bedside tables. The second bedroom, in a row, is equipped with 2 beds 90x190. The windows of the bedrooms overlook the inner courtyard and ensure a peaceful sleep.<br>The bathroom has a large shower and a sink. The toilet is separate.<br>You have a paid public car park 100m away

Amazing location

Great apartment just around the corner to anything you could possibly need. Clean and very comfortable. Sylvie was quick to respond to any questions. Loved our stay here!!

Excellent stay in the centre of Arras

Beautiful apartment - very clean with everything you might need. The location couldn't be better. Sylvie was a great host and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend and hope to come back again ourselves. Thanks.
