Great house in a very central location in Sedona. Beautiful views and all the amenities you would want for a group gathering together for vacation. We loved this house! It was perfect for our family along with my sister's family during our stay in Sedona. Ashley & Adam were very friendly and informative about their home and visiting Sedona. We enjoyed the beautiful views along with close trails to walk during the day to coming back to the house to relax in the hot tub. We typically visit Sedona once a year and have stayed in a number of different homes over the years. This home was one of our favorites! Close to everything, plenty of space and what really stood out, was the communication with the property owner - they were great. One of those properties where the owner really has thought of everything to make their guests stay as comfortable as possible. Would highly recommend and we can’t wait to stay again!

The house was charmingly well-appointed and had just about everything a family could need for a Sedona adventure, save for one glaring omission: an ice cream scoop. We survived, somehow.Overall, this was a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay, with plenty of space and the kinds of thoughtful touches that make settling in easy. The home was comfortable and generally well-equipped, but it was also clearly showing its age, with a few maintenance issues that interrupted our stay. Nothing completely derailed the trip, but it did interrupt the flow a bit.One helpful note for future guests: if you’re hoping for uninterrupted downtime, it may be worth asking the host to reschedule the spa service in advance. We didn’t do that (our mistake) because we assumed being there during the advertised time would be fine, but in retrospect, that might have made things smoother.The hosts were also more communicative than I personally prefer once checked in. Some guests may experience that as attentive hospitality; I tend to prefer a little less interaction after arrival. Still, the house itself was lovely, functional, and a good home base for a family trip to Sedona.

Absolutely loved it here! Pictures don’t do it justice. Check in process was easy. Kitchen was stocked. Loved all the games in the loft. Me and the kids had a lot of fun playing! Loved how close it is to literally everything. Definitely will be back!

This home was absolutely beautiful! Extremely spacious, clean, and the view was breathtaking. Wonderful stay in Sedona!

This was a perfect home for 8 adult friends. We loved the hot tub, the beds were very comfortable, and the hosts were fantastic! They thought of everything. Extra blankets, kitchen fully stocked, games, and many more! The two living areas were great for a big group, and we loved laying on the outside turf in the sun! Book this place! You won’t be sorry.
