In Reynès in a quiet valley on the banks of the Baillère, we rent a large single-storey studio of 32 m2 + 10 m2 of furnished veranda. Location: In the Vallespir, 15 km from the Spanish border, 25 km from the Mediterranean and 180 km from Barcelona. 15 minutes from the Thermes d'Amélie les Bains. 10 minutes from Céret and its Museum of Modern Art. Hiking possibilities in the Canigò massif and towards the border by the GR 10. Swimming in the Baillère 15 minutes walk from the house. Layout: Large single-storey studio of 32 m2 + 10 m2 of veranda. Ideal for two people. East and South exposure. 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm. A bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Kitchen / living room including a dishwasher, a hood, a TV, internet access via Ethernet. A new and comfortable 160 cm sofa bed. Veranda that can be used as a winter lounge. Shaded parking.
