Contemporary chalet located in Switzerland at 1200 metres with a breathtaking view of Lake Geneva and the Alps. On the edge of the forest, the chalet is extremely quiet and bright. Large panoramic terrace !! The west orientation gives it a privileged location to admire the unique sunsets that the region offers. Fifteen minutes by car from the shops and Lake Geneva.

The place is ideal for families and hikers - starting point for many beautiful hikes - mountain and nature lovers but also paragliders. The place is a very famous spot for paragliding. A few minutes walk from the chalet, you will find the warm alpine inn of Sonchaux which offers very good traditional cuisine.

Hiking – Paragliding – Mountain biking – Swimming in Lake Geneva / 15 minutes from the chalet, many beaches (paddle, pedal boat) – Chillon Castle – Chaplin Museum in Vevey.

In July, the very famous Montreux Jazz Festival is in full swing.

Possibility of organising turnkey with a local professional discovery and sports activities (ski lessons, hiking, tandem paragliding, boat trips).

The living/dining room – an open-plan main room – is equipped with a central insert fireplace, large comfortable benches and a large dining table for eight people.
