About this property

Pure relaxation! Family-friendly vacation home with large garden.

Our cozy holiday home is centrally located in the district of Friedrichskoog-Spitze in Flackeholm, only 150 m from the dike beach. The center of the holiday area is only approx. 200 m.

The detached house with external shutters is suitable for 4 adults. Additional person please by arrangement. Ideally, children can let off steam in the cul-de-sac or in the 450 sqm garden with swings + sandpit, while the parents relax in their own beach chair or on the garden loungers on the sheltered terrace.

The approx. 90 square meters of living space on the ground floor include a large shower room, comfortable kitchen with dining table, spacious living room with digital TV reception, hall and upstairs a parent bedroom with closet, 2 rooms (children's room) with a single bed each and lots of built-in closet space, separate additional toilet ; Laundry can be rented from the tourist center for a small fee.

Cot and high chair are available free of charge.

There is space for bicycles, inliners, play equipment etc. in the annex. Garden furniture is on site. A parking space for your car is directly at the house.

Location idéale pour une famille de 4 personnes, très propre et idéalement située. Cette jolie maison est très bien équipée et l'environnement est très paisible. Franchement, il ne manquait absolument rien et le jardin vous permet une relaxation optimale. Conclusion : Vous pouvez la réserver les yeux fermés.

Es war ein absolut erholsamer und beruhigender Urlaub für alle Familienangehörige. Es gibt für Kinder sowohl draußen, als auch drinnen genug zu erkunden und zu bespielen (Hörspielkasetten, Spiele, Bücher, Nintendo Wii, Bauklötze etc).Das Haus und auch der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und man fühlt sich schnell heimelig. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Dankeschön!

schönes Haus/nette Vermieter/gesperrter Badestrand

Schönes Haus. Nette Vermieter. Leider konnte das "Erlebnis Wattenmeer" in Friedrichskoog-Spitze zum Urlaubszeitpunkt nicht ausreichend beobachtet werden, da das Meer aufgrund der weitläufigen Deichabsperrung nicht in 4 Gehminuten erreichbar war. Der Badestrand konnte in diesem Ort bei bestem Badewetter leider auch nicht genutzt werden. Der Ausweichbadestrand ist ca. 3/4 Stunde Fahrtzeit entfernt.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir waren mit drei Kindern für ein paar Tage in Friedrichskoog-Spitze und es hat uns gut gefallen. Der Garten und die Lage ist positiv hervorzuheben. Leider war der komplette Strand in Friedrichskoog-Spitze wegen Deichbauarbeiten gesperrt und wird dies auch 2024 bleiben. Es gibt zwar auch ausreichend Alternativen, aber wenn man sich für diesen Ort wegen des Standes ents

Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gefallen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Garten war ideal für die Kinder und uns zum entspannen. Auch Die Ausstattung im Haus war top. Wir haben uns jederzeit sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Erholung an der Nordsee für die ganze Familie

Wir haben uns bei Familie Bartelt sehr wohl gefühlt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher liehen wir einfach aus. Sonst war eigentlich alles Wichtige im Haus vorhanden. Es gab Brettspiele, Bücher und eine Wii für die Kids. Der Garten war riesig, wurde jedoch von uns nur zum entspannten lesen auf der Sonnenliege genutzt. Man braucht ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Deich. Die Sonnenuntergänge hier sind traumhaft. Einzige Mankos: die Kinderzimmer sind miteinander verbunden. Da unsere Kinder sich so gar nicht verstehen sorgte dies oft für Streit. Hatten wir wohl in der Hausbeschreibung überlesen. Auch dass es keine Rollos an den Dachfenstern gibt sorgte bei den heißen Temperaturen für ein Sauna Gefühl. Die Hängeaufbewahrung im Schlafzimmer konnten wir nicht nutzen da ständig die Kisten wieder rausrutschen. Daher nutzten wir alle vier den Schrank in den Kinderzimmern. Aber abschließend können wir nur sagen: wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Tolles Haus nah am Strand

Wir waren zufrieden mit dem Haus. Alles war ausreichend vorhanden und die Vermieter sehr nett. Die Kommunikation lief problemlos, auch wenn die Vermieter nicht vor Ort wohnen. Leider gab es auch eine Kleinigkeit zu bemängeln, aber hier wurde direkt vom Vermieter reagiert und daher kann man nur sagen... Freundlich und fair. Das Haus eignet sich sehr gut für einen Familienurlaub. Ein Kinderzimmer ist jedoch ein Durchgangszimmer zum zweiten Kinderzimmer. Dies ist etwas unglücklich aber durch die Gebäudeaufteilung nicht anders möglich. Dachschrägen sind schon gewöhnungsbedürftig. Schade ist das keine Bettwäsche und keine Handtücher angeboten werden. Die sind über die Kurverwaltung zu besorgen, was einen kleinen Aufwand bedeutet und man halt sich nicht " ins gemachte Best setzten" kann. Die Lage des Hauses ist super und nach ca. 2 min erreicht man den Strand. Garten gepflegt und mit ausreichend Platz. Tolle Spielesammlung für Kinder und Regentage. Gerne kommen wir nochmal wieder wenn es zeitlich passt und wir einen Urlaub in der Region planen. Mfg C. Müller mit Familie

Tolle Wohnung

Wir waren für ein paar Tage an der Nordsee in diesem schönen Haus. Es fehlt an nichts, man ist in 2 Minuten fußläufig am grünen Stand und kann auf der Terrasse entspannen, während die Kinder im Garten spielen. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse, somit gibt es dort auch keinen Autoverkehr. Wir waren mit 3 Kindern (1-7) dort und waren sehr zufrieden. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war problemlos, man bekommt immer schnell Antworten. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Urlaub Friederichskoog Spitze

Das Haus war sauber und hatte eine gute Raumaufteilung.Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Schränke in den zwei kleineren Schlaf- Zimmern waren ideal.Hätte mir im großem Schlafzimmer auch Regale im vorderen Schrankbereich gewünscht, da ich die darin hängenden Stofftaschen als nicht so hygienisch ansehe.Trotzdem würde ich dieses Haus wiederbuchen.Vielen Dank an Fam.Bartels , daß wir Gäste sein könnten.
