this beautiful apartment has been modernly yet comfortably furnished: underfloor heating, Solnhofer natural stone flooring, oak parquet flooring, floor-level shower in a daylight bathroom and high-quality furniture. The underground parking space belonging to the apartment is easily accessible via an elevator.
Although the house, which was only completed in 2014, is located on the outskirts of the village in the immediate vicinity of the spa park and forest, it is only a few minutes' walk to the town center or to the supermarket and shopping center.
It is a non-smoking domicile, dogs are welcome.
On arrival you will receive the OPLUS Card, which offers you numerous free benefits and services from the service partners involved. You will receive more information together with the OPLUS-Card.
