Ideally located, close to the University Hospital and the city centre, the house will provide you with all the comfort for an excellent stay in Limoges, with a pleasant private garden, planted with trees and fenced of 200 m² at the back. Quiet area.

Everything has been thought out so that you can have a great stay: cooking accessories, reading, games for adults or children. Ideal for 1 to 5 people.

The interior was completely renovated in 2023. For a professional or private trip, it is with great pleasure that I would welcome you! Depending on your and my availability, self-arrival or not. We will see this together.

House on 2 floors, with toilet, living room, dining room on the ground floor with access to the terrace behind, view of the garden.
Upstairs, bathroom with shower, toilet, double sink and two bedrooms (bed 140, bed 160 and 1 bed 90 cm).
The top floor is not rented/uninhabited. There is no wifi at the moment, but the operators are fine for sharing connections;)

Accommodation / Facilities

The entrance is with a cloakroom to store your jackets and shoes. You enter the living room, with sofa, coffee table, TV cabinet and children's area (games, books, desk and chair).

A double door in the dining area, with a 150 cm table that can accommodate the whole family. The kitchen (semi-open) is on the side. You will find everything you need to cook: a fridge freezer, induction hob, electric oven and microwave, coffee maker, kettle and many accessories. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. At your disposal: coffee, tea, sugar and the basics of cooking (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar).

The staircase leads upstairs. A large bathroom with 120 cm shower, toilet and double sink unit with plenty of storage space. The first bedroom of 16 m², in shades of green facing the garden, has a 140 cm four-poster bed, a wardrobe to store your clothes and a mirror.

The other terracotta room, on the street side, of 15 m², has a 160 cm bed, a wardrobe and a 90 cm bed.

With direct access from the kitchen, the house will offer garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days on the terrace. From spring onwards to enjoy the small vegetable garden, or by participating in its watering or by collecting its production! The grass will not be cut too short to let our bees, butterflies and other insects enjoy this garden.

The house has a garage but its access - steep - is not easy, you can however park in front of the gate of the house. Note that parking is free on the street. The garage can however be used to put your bikes, strollers or scooters!
