The accommodations for our group of 16 golfers for a week were terrific. The property is located within a 30 minutes drive of the six courses we played and just two blocks from the beach. We’ll be looking to return next year.

4th of July 2 blocks from the beach and with private pool with 20 private rooms!

Loved the layout. Elevator helped with luggage and injured persons.

The listing does not provide details on the items included. We were not aware that we would have to supply our own trash bags and none of the bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, or baby wash. There were several items that would seem to be standard that were not at the property. We reached out several times by phone and text with no response. We were unable to use the spa as we never received a call back to give instructions on how to use the equipment to heat it. The space was great and clean for our large group; however communication was poor and basic supplies and amenities were not included.

Thank you for bringing it to our attention. We make it a priority to communicate expectations clearly before check-in. Here is a direct quote from our listing. "Additional provided pantry items include Starter Pack (2 sponges, 4 dish towels, 2 dish detergent, 8 dishwasher tabs, 2 rolls of paper towels, each kitchen garbage can has 2 garbage sacks, each bathroom garbage can has 2 garbage sacks), each bathroom has 1 full roll of toilet paper, broom/dustpan, swifter. We do not supply personal toiletries." As we host large groups, it is difficult to anticipate each groups' individual needs. We do our best to provide a great starter pack for all needs in the home.

Jumbo 2022 Myrtle Beach

This property was exactly what it looked like to be online. We had a large group of 32 men for a golf week & we all fit perfectly . Thanks for the great week !!!

OUR STAY

Your house was very easy to find. Very easy/simple check in process. Everything was really nice. Just one thing, the elevator was a little sensitive. We learned it mostly at the end. But, I wouldn't count this as a negative. It was just the operators most of the time--not knowing exactly what to do. Would definitely stay again. I'm already getting a quote for next year Thanksgiving and most probably the girls trip to following weekend after Thanksgiving 2025.

Annual golf trip

While it was convenient having BR’s and toilets for each golfer, the house was run down and a bit frayed around edges. Retrofitted stove rendered a cabinet useless, space where ice maker leaked left open. Furniture was a bit worn out too. Not a bad place but it’s showing it’s age.

Essential for Me Retreat

The property was great and easily accommodated a large group. We were there during the Hurricane and experience she flooding. We were able to move our cars to higher group with the instruction of the property manager. They came to check on us the following day. No complaint about the property. Very nice home
