Just another repeat guest - we've stayed here several times because it's clean, comfortable, dog-friendly, quiet, great location and the hosts are responsive when needed. Definitely recommend for short stays.
Really liked this stay. It was very comfortable- had everything we needed. 2 ways to make coffee, a fancy B&O Bluetooth speaker, good looking TV setup even though we didn’t try it but the speaker was great, a nice selection of books and art, everything we needed in the kitchen, nice lemongrass soap, easy access, place to park, details on where to eat or buy supplies nearby. We would definitely come back.

Thanks Maya! We're so happy you enjoyed your stay and we hope to host you again!
Stayed here during my daughter’s camp visiting day - was perfect! Only issue was we couldn’t find the entrance as it was around the back behind the garage and there was no walkway to get there so we kept thinking it was wrong to go that way. Stepping stones would be helpful. But the place was clean, and everything we needed for the night! We plan on staying again next year!!
My husband and I stayed in Long Eddy while visiting our child at camp. We were thrilled at how close we were to the campsite. The quiet little apartment above a garage was exactly as the pictures show. It was very clean and well stocked with what we needed. The AC unit worked well, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. The only downside is weak wifi but that is just what happens in the woods! I fully intend on booking again for next summer!
This studio apartment above a detached garage is everything I need when staying in the Catskills. The mattress is medium firm and comfortable, innerspring with a topper. Completely private, but hosts available when needed. There's even a balcony with chairs if you want to relax with a book - they have some of those here too, some good ones - in sunshine. The kitchenette has enough cookware and staples to make your own meals. Plus, Callicoon is a short drive, and has plenty of good food, wine and coffee.

Why they chose this property
Quaint, rustic, and lovely Upper Delaware Recreational hamlet of Long Eddy (historically known as Dickson City or even Basket). The opportunity to watch Bald Eagles, and Red Tail Hawks, and fish the historic Delaware River, is what makes this area of NY and the Catskills a hidden gem.
With close proximity to Bethel Woods Performing Arts Center (the original location of the Woodstock Music Festival (1969), there is music and culture for all. Farmers markets, canoeing, tubing, craft whiskey distilleries, arts camps, golf courses, and the such will bring you back, especially in the fall, as the leaf-peeping begins.
