Boat ramp 100 yards away for launching and close to beaches. Only minutes away from restaurants and fun shopping like Home Goods, Walmart, Home Depot and Lowes-Food stores? Close to fish market for the one that got away.
House has: Open floor plan with a large master bedroom on one side with huge walk in closet and a master bathroom. Guest rooms on the opposite side of house with their own bathroom. 2 zone A/C unit. New kitchen with propane stove and commercial hood. Huge refrigerator, Microwave, toaster oven, wine refrigerator. All the amenities needed for cooking. Two porches one screened in and the other open for outdoor dining. Property is fenced in.

The Sailfish Beach House is very clean and well supplied with everything we needed from the kitchen to the bathrooms. It is nicely decorated and everything was exactly as the posted pictures. The yard is very private and the location is within walking distance to local restaurants and cafes. The neighborhood is safe. The owner is very available for any concerns and requests. We highly recommend staying here.

Awesome Opportunity!

From the moment we walked in, we loved our two month home. The kitchen was great, and perfect for our use. The three bedrooms worked out well for the company we had. The setting in the backyard was totally relaxing as we were surrounded by tall and plush palm trees. Screened in porch on one side in the back and an open air area on the other side with grill, firepit, the whole works. We are already signed up for next year.
