The treetop bungalow was adorable. My 5 year old daughter thought it was the most magical “rainbow flower house”. Clean, colorful, quiet and cool in the shade of the trees, we had a relaxing stay. It was close to many great places to eat, parks, and a short drive to downtown. Dru was a very attentive host, quick to message me with updates and check on us. She had Disney princess music playing at our check-in, which my daughter loved. Would definitely recommend a stay there anytime, especially if a whimsical space is what you’re looking for.

Wow! Lovely photos, and I loved that your daughter called it the rainbow flower house! Did she copy write it, or can I use it ;-} ? Next time check out Solar Sanctuary, the bottom studio; it'll blow her mind (in a very good way)!

We really enjoyed our stay. Dru was very accommodating and communicative. The property was very comfortable and very cute. The air conditioning and heat was great. She thought of everything that we could have needed, even down to salt and pepper. We are hoping to make this a yearly tradition and would love to stay here again

We’ve stayed at this property twice and had a great experience both times. The property is exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. My teens especially love the wave machine and the snacks..lol Check-in was a breeze, and the location is perfect—close to everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved feeling like we were surrounded by trees in the midst of the burbs. The stay was cozy and fun, the decor was whimsical and made me feel more at home than the usual sterile beige everything that comes with rental stats.

About the host

I'm a mother of four boys and a glass and metal artist. I have two Bnb's; Horse Show on Sherman and a studio apartment: Treetops Solar Sanctuary, which is powered by solar panels! I love creating beautiful, visually stimulating and continually evolving environments for my guests! I am a nurturer by nature and I look forward to hosting you and ensuring your comfort!

Why they chose this property

My husband and I grew up just blocks from our house, which is in front of the BnB. We obviously love the coveted neighborhood, with its safe, tree-lined lanes, central location and close proximity to restaurants, nightlife and the University of Kentucky.

What makes this property unique

Treetops is a colorful, garden and tree-themed studio apartment, surprisingly spacious and comfortable. The projector TV with its huge projector screen enures unforgetable movie nights! A small deck up amongst the treetops enables stargazing with a drink in the evening or birdwatching with a cup of coffee in the morning!
