About this property
La Caronière. Changement DE Proprietaire. Maison Familiale, Calme Proche du lac
CHANGE OF OWNER. The house is 100 metres from the lake of Mervent and its water activities, close to 2 medieval cities of character. You are 50 minutes from the Puy du Fou and 55 minutes from La Rochelle. The Zoo is 10 minutes away. Mervent is surrounded by forests. The house, very bright, is on a high point, quiet, not overlooked. Everyone can isolate themselves thanks to the two independent lounges. You can have lunch on the terrace facing the pool. Ideal for the family, for gatherings of friends.
