Welcome to “Twin Palms Surf Shack” in beautiful Ventura, CA. We offer an upscale laid back beach bungalow with all of the amenities.

Our Ventura Pierpont Beach beach house is family friendly and just footsteps away from the sand. Our newly renovated beach house is cute + cozy and the perfect getaway!

Home is 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom and sleeps 6. Both bedrooms have queen beds and a rollout couch is in the living room.

2 Bicycles, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella, corn hole, foosball table, arcade dual basketball hoop, outdoor shower, and huge backyard with outdoor table with chairs. much more all available for your stay.

Full kitchen with plates, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker and everything you need for each meal.

Our single story beach house has an open floor plan with the kitchen and living room flowing together. There is plenty of natural light that flows throughout the home.

Wifi, Direct TV, Flat Screen TV in living room, brand new Kitchen Aid appliances and fridge, brand new washer and dryer. Beach and bath towels available.

Fully stocked with local coffee beans to start your morning right.

Ventura Pierpont Beach is a quaint beach where you can relax, enjoy surfing, waves, walks, seashell + sea glass hunting, great food, shopping and stunning sunset views.

Within minutes you can walk to Seaward Ave. and enjoy numerous restaurants such as seafood, American pubs, Thai, Italian, and the extremely famous Surf-N-Yogurt.

The Marina Park, Starbucks, and VONS Grocery Store are also within a short walking distance. A short drive or bike ride will take you to Ventura Pier or Ventura Harbor Village where you can enjoy Channel Island boat excursions, whale watching cruises, deep sea fishing and kayak/boat rentals. In the summer months, hop on the free Ventura Trolley to Downtown for more shops, restaurants, movie theaters and historical sights.

Fabulous location, minutes from a chill beach that wasn't super busy even on the weekends. Had lifeguards watching out for us. The dogs loved getting to come on vacation with us.

David’s rental was the best I’ve stayed in. It was extremely comfortable, spacious and so well equipped. The beds, pillows and linens were fabulous and there were a plethora of towels, beach toys and other amenities that were huge hits for my family of 6. We walked to get coffee and donuts every day and the grocery store is just as close. We absolutely enjoyed every second of it.

Very close to the beach, great location. One block away from a few shops and restaurants. We stayed there over Christmas and we would very much like to come back in the summer to enjoy the patio!

Ventura Beach Stay

This property was absolutely perfect for our visit to Channel Islands. The owner was so helpful and communicated promptly with any questions I had. The kids loved walking down to the beach and riding bikes around town. The location was convenient for all of our needs - whether a quick trip for ice cream, a grocery store, or out for dinner! I would highly recommend this property!

So close to the beach, and to the best of Ventura! This place offers more than location- the play room in the garage was a wonderful treat for the 3 and 6 year olds! I highly recommend this place!

Great Mother/Daughter Beach Getaway

My daughter and I had a wonderful beach vacation in Ventura. The house was small and perfect. It had everything we needed. Parking was easy, the beach just a 2 minute walk. We loved the bikes and the beautiful California weather. Brian was a lovely host and very helpful.
