Bar room with pool table and deck overlooking the backyard and lake; game room with ping-pong table, and pinball machine; 4 Flat Panel TV's; family room, dining room, great remodeled updated Gourmet kitchen with Thermador Gas Range, Thermador Dishwasher, GE Cafe Refrigerator and a large pantry; Air Conditioning, WIFI, 3,000 square feet decking overlooking the lake with outdoor kitchen and dining counter - 2 Gas BBQ's & Griddle; private dock and two buoys. Enjoy this home with friends and family! Most of our guests have been returning year after year and have shared great experiences and memories.

Located within the gates of Lake Almanor Country Club offering two rec areas with boat ramps, beaches, playgrounds, tennis courts, Golf Course, Pickle Ball Courts, Bocce Ball Courts, basketball courts, bbq's and picnic grounds, amphitheater with scheduled community events, private golf course and two public courses.

Summer Activities: boating, swimming, jet-skiing, water skiing, tubing, fishing, sailing, 4th of July fireworks over the lake; 4th of July Parade and art fairs in Chester.

Winter Activities: snow-mobiling trails, cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing, light down-hill skiing, hunting, fishing, etc.

Spring & Fall: biking, boating, fishing, bike & walking trails, hiking

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Be sure to take trash up to street on Sunday night or Monday morning for early Monday morning pickup. Remove cans from street Monday night.
If departing prior to Monday trash service, attach pink slip on can to avoid fine.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
BBQ, Griddle, Fire Pit Table - Propane is not provided Lake Almanor Registration Fees are paid directly to LACC: $120/week + $100/boat (may change)
Signed rental agreement & house rules required to finalize booking. Property is strictly an animal-free zone due to severe allergies, health & safety.
No refund if reservation is canceled within 90 days of arrival, however, refund is possible if property is re-rented by another party.

The lake view is amazing. The property is excellent. A perfect retreat. We had a wedding at LACC and wished we could have spent more time at the property. Our host checked in on us and was wonderful to work with.

We absolutely loved our stay at this lake front LACC home! The home has a perfect location in the lake with breathtaking views. We had our vow renewal in the beautiful grassy backyard. The he host was super helpful and friendly. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great house for a senior reunion

Nine high school classmates (class of 1971) had a great time at this beautifully located and well equipped property on Lake Almanor. The property owner was a delight to deal with and very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.Thank you very much!

Great location. The water is feet from the house. The house is big and inviting. Great for entertaining. The upper deck needs some repairs but did not effect our fun.

Perfect for a family reunion

This is the best location on the lake. Perfect for families with kids. On the beach and all the amenities to keep the kids entertained. All 8 cousins were sad to leave and looking forward to our next trip.

Gorgeous home on the lake

The location is beautiful! Both homes are incredible. Our family had an amazing time in the water, playing pool and ping pong, relaxing on the deck and cooking in the gorgeous kitchen! The owner was so friendly and responsive! Loved the place and definitely will be back!

Fantastic home and location

This house was perfect for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed the spectacular view from the decks. The house was very clean and it was well supplied. The owners were wonderful to work with, very friendly and helpful. We will definitely rent this house again.

Wonderful stay!

I spend 6 days at this lovely property with my family. The house had everything you could possibly need...very well equipped kitchen, super comfortable beds and lots of things to keep everyone occupied and having fun. Being right on the beach was a huge plus with the young grandkids...they played for hours in the sand. All in all, a lovely vacation for us all! We hope to come back again.

We can not say enough good things about this home. The property is in a prime location with exquisite views. The homeowner Allyn is so attentive. We had an issue with the WiFi and she had it resolved within 5 minutes. We had a wonderful week! Thank you Allyn for everything!

Birthday weekend w out of state family

I will be re-booking fromboth hosts Allyn and Mike in the future anytime I’m in this area. As hosts, communication was clear, timely and helpful when I initially had issues w the VRBO app, Allyn hopped on to help make sure it got situated. Check in process was a breeze, the house itself is as beautiful as the pictures. Bonus points because it included baby proofing items, and a high chair. A family member left some items by accident and before she realized where it was, Allyn had already reached out w a picture. We had family travel from out of state, so to have a space large enough for everyone to have a bed, as well as accommodate us sitting around the same table for all meals meant the most to us.

Perfect Gathering for Friends

We are a group of ladies who gather every year to celebrate our friendship and have fun together. This home was perfect. It accommodated our large group and was located in a gorgeous spot right on the lake. The house was roomy and equipped with everything we needed and more. Communication with Allyn was great. She responded to all of my questions quickly and provided helpful information. I would recommend this house to any large group that is looking for a beautiful house in a great location.

Comfortable well equipped house on the Lake.

THe kitchen was large and well equipped. There was plently of common space upstairs and downstairs. The bedrooms were also had plenty of space. Nothing seemed like it was crammed together to make more bedrooms or anything. The deck was very large and had a nice view of the lake with plenty of furniture. It seemed the the owners of the house used it themselves plenty and had everything that was needed. Communication was good as well.

Incredible House with Top Notch Amenities and Views

Allyn keeps this property top notch. Tucked away on the peninsula of Almanor Country Club is this gorgeous home, perfect for anyone looking to get away with a view! There is plenty of parking and lots of beds, this house is great for larger families. The furniture, incredible kitchen, and it is the perfect getaway home! It's spacious, comfortable, and modern, with that cozy feeling reminiscent of a lakeside cabin. The best part is the floor to ceiling glass windows that give a stunning view out to the lake. After dark, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Milky Way galaxy as you recline on the porch furniture. Thanks Allyn!
