In hamlet located South of the village of Larajasse, this little gîte is laid out on the ground floor of owners' house. Direct access to large lovely terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, nice views) and shared enclosed grassy garden with flowers (deck chairs, trees and shrubs). Swing and hen house below for children's pleasure. On the ground floor : living room (lounge area with sofa bed and Tv, dining area). Open kitchen (1 step for access). 1 bedroom (140 cm double bed). Small shower room. Separate Wc. Washing machine & tumble dryer shared with owners (in basement). Central heating (oil-fired) included in rent. Bed linen supplied. Parking on property. Warm welcome offered by owners, Suzanne & Gérard.
