The living area is filled with light and provides optimal comfort with its very cozy sofa, a large mounted screen, and an Apple TV for access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and many other streaming services. A Bluetooth/Wi-Fi speaker is also available for your relaxation.

The kitchen is a welcoming space for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes top-of-the-line appliances, essential cookware, and utensils to meet all your culinary needs. You will find a Krupp Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a Bodum coffee maker to satisfy your coffee cravings.

The bedroom features a double bed (140 x 200) with hotel-quality linens, and a double air mattress for accommodating guests.

The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, shower, and modern toilet.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays and is equipped with a smoke detector for your safety.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
