Appartement Calvi

Appartement très bien aménagé et décoré avec goût. Cuisine très fonctionnelle et séjour lumineux. Très belle vue sur la pinède et sur la baie de Calvi. Baignade facilitée par l’accès direct à la plage, avec douche en plein air pour se rincer après le bain salé. Nous avons passé 2 semaines en septembre très agréables dans ce bel appartement. En l’absence de climatisation, nous avons été gênés seulement les 2 premières nuits. Appartement idéal donc en dehors des mois de forte chaleur.Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Appréciation excellente

Une super adresse pour les vacances à Calvi ! L'appartement est parfaitement situé, aménagé avec beaucoup de soin et a tout ce qu'il faut (sauf la climatisation...), on trouve aussi tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine. La vue sur le jardin et sur la mer est un rêve. Nous reviendrons certainement. Merci beaucoup pour tout !

Nos vacances à Calvi

Appartement très agréble ,bien équipé ,idéal pour 2 personnes . Copropriété très bien située à proximité des commerces avec accès direct à la plage. Je recommande!

Appréciation excellente

Mon appréciation sur la résidence Pinéa est excellente. Elle a toutes les qualités d’une résidence de vacances et sa situation dans la pinède en bordure de mer à 50 mètres, est vraiment exceptionnelle ! Dommage (mais c’est seulement un point mineur) qu’elle soit fréquentée presque exclusivement par des vacanciers allemands. Les contacts sont un peu difficiles à cause de la langue. Quant à l’appartement, il est parfait et très bien équipé. J’ai apprécié, comme l'année dernière, la moustiquaire dans la chambre et la colonne de réfrigération dans le salon. La terrasse avec panorama de carte postale sur la mer est fantastique. Question vaisselle, elle est plus qu'abondante ! Par contre, il manquerait une poêle ou deux et le four n’a pas fonctionné (mais je n’ai peut-être pas su le faire marcher). A signaler au propriétaire : à mon arrivée la douche était complètement bouchée. J'ai pourvu moi-même à la déboucher.
