Mt Helix Studio Loft with Mountain Views

Mountain Views: Freshly renovated, quiet and spacious studio loft in private neighborhood. Close to coffee shops, grocery stores, and quick access to major highways. 500 sqft open concept. Laundry, Fast Internet, Cable TV and streaming services. Additionally, if you like oranges and avocados we grow them on the property (Seasonal of course). We also have a chicken coop and fresh eggs on request.

If you have time you can put all the dirty towels and washcloths in the shower. Used linen can be placed on the bed.

This little studio apartment was the perfect accommodation for our visit with our son and his family! The location was perfect; clean and comfortable facilities; and the washer/dryer was an added bonus. There is everything you need to stay in or use it as a place to come back to for the evening. Amazing views! Quaint patio area for an evening glass of wine. I highly recommend! We will be returning!

This is a great place to stay. My husband and I were there for four days and enjoyed every minute. The place is super clean, looks brand new, great host, will definitely stay there again when we’re in the San Diego area.

Fantasy stay
