The apartment is part of a very well-kept private residential complex with communal pool in the preferred holiday area "El Duque" on the Costa Adeje. The elegantly furnished apartment has a large living room of approx. 30 sqm with dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate kitchen, hallway and a sun terrace.
The living room is divided into a comfortable sofa / armchair group with TV (satellite antenna for receiving German programs) and dining area with table and 4 chairs.
Air conditioners are installed in the living room and bedrooms.
One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double bed and has an ensuite bathroom, the other bedroom is furnished with two single beds. Both bedrooms have spacious fitted wardrobes and comfort mattresses.
Both bathrooms are equipped with a bath / shower, toilet, sink and bidet.
The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is also a washing machine.
The large balcony towards the community pool is furnished with a dining table and 2 sun loungers and is partially protected from the sun.
Two large pools with sun beds and umbrellas are shared by the residents of the apartment complex. The apartment complex has lifts to all floors.
The elegant apartment has a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. In about ten minutes you can walk to the beach "Playa del Duque" or "Playa de Fanñabe".

Lovely apartment. Great check in. We arrived much earlier than the check in time and we were able to leave our luggage in the apartment until it was ready. Thanks Jacky. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby and a very handy 24 hour supermarket. The only downside is the entrance being up a very steep hill. Would definitely book again

Lovely apartment

Spacious apartment, spotlessly clean, well equipped in very nice residential complex built on the hillside. Lovely pool area (heated pool) with comfortable loungers. Usually enough loungers to go around, but a bit of (against the rules) sunbed-bagging goes on by those who want their favourite spot. Supermarket within shopping centre with bars and restaurants about 5 minutes walk away (taxi rank and bus stops here too), Plaza del Duque shopping centre about 7 or 8 minutes walk away down the hill, and the strip of bars and restaurants at Fañabé beach about 7 or 8 minutes further down the hill beyond that. More expensive (and busy) restaurants at Playa del Duque.

Zum Wohlfühlen gibt es allein nicht‘s Besseres

Wir waren von Mitte Februar bis 12. März sehr happy in diesem großzügigen Appartement. Alles war wie von den Fotos so versprochen. Nachdem mein Mann und ich alleine am Pool lagen, sahen wir die Paraglidings über uns fliegen. War ein Grund… wir fanden auch den Mut.. Das könntet ihr als Werbung sehen, nein, es ist alles nur ein Traum, den man nicht vergisst. Das war „nebenbei“ unser Highlight, was nicht zu dieser Wohlfühloase gehört.Auch wenn man ein bisschen zu Fuß zum Supermarkt oder bis zur Promenade laufen muss.. Wir nahmen es sportlich. Sollte es später werden, kostet es 3,60 Euro das Taxi.. man sollte dann dann doch dem netten Taxifahrer 5 Euro mindestens gönnen. Dann sind wir dem Team von FeWo sehr dankbar, das alles super geklappt hat und auch das bestellte Taxi super pünktlich an der Ausgangstür stand. Ganz lieben Dank und wir kommen gerne wieder. Elegantes Appartement

Gute und edle Ausstattung. Der Balkon ist sehr geräumig und hat gute Beschattungsmöglichkeiten. Alles sehr sauber. Die Lage innerhalb der Anlage hat zwar den Vorteil der Morgensonne, aber leider hört man auch am Tag und besonders in der Nacht die Umwälzpumpe vom Pool. Für meine Bedürfnisse waren in einem Schlafzimmer die Matratzen zu hart und im anderen durchgelegen. Aber das ist ja immer sehr individuell.

Apartment Stay

This is a lovely, well furnished apartment on a friendly complex, with 2 good pools to access. We always found sun beds around the pool too. It took us a few days to realise that exit from the complex was an easier walk into the centre from the main entrance at the side, rather than the top entrance on Calle Agando. We found that our 2 bedroom apartment had everything we needed, and Juan was very helpful too. We were able to extend our stay to fit in with our flight time home. We would be happy to stay here again.

Perfekt lejlighed

Virkelig velfungerende, veludstyret lejlighed med gode senge og rummelige værelser, stue og altan. Morgensol på altanen. Gode møbler på altanen. Eneste negative er dårligt fungerende internet. Vi gjorde dog ikke noget ved det. Kunne have ringet til værtinden, men det var ikke så vigtigt for os. Der er ca en km til stranden, i kuperet område. Kan stærkt anbefales til andre.

Tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung, schöner Pool

Die Lage des Appartments war für uns perfekt. Der Strand sowie viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Die gesamte Gegend ist sehr sauber und ansprechend. Das Appartment ist in einem guten und gepflegten Zustand, die Küche mit dem notwendigen ausgestattet. Etwas mehr Geschirr wäre wünschenswert, so dass man nicht immer direkt die Spülmaschine anwerfen muss. Das WLAN ist leider nur per Funk und arbeitet mit einer so niedrigen Geschwindigkeit, dass man es für Recherchen zu Ausflügen eigentlich nicht nutzen konnte. In einem der beiden Schlafzimmer schaffte das Klimagerät es nur, warme Luft zu produzieren. Anhand eines Zettels in einer Kommode war erkennbar, dass Vormieter, die 1,5 Monate vorher dort waren, dies auch schon bemängelt hatten. In einem der beiden Bäder stieg immer wieder ein extrem heftiger „kloakiger“ Duft auf, trotz verschließen aller Abflüsse. Stellenweise war das sehr unangenehm. Dieser Duft begegnet einem auf der Insel auch an anderer Stelle und scheint somit ein allgemeines Problem zu sein. Dennoch könnte man das in der Wohnung durch verschiedene Optionen (z.B. Verwendung anderer Abflussrohre) vermeiden. Trotz der genannten Punkte kann ich das Appartment auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würde es auch selbst wieder buchen, da die Pro Seite im Endeffekt überwiegt: wie z. B. bequeme Betten, toller Blick von der Terrasse, große und helle Räume, Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus, schöne Poolanlage, sehr gepflegter Zustand der gesamten Anlage und Umgebung.

Lovely apartment on an upmarket complex which was finished to a high standard with quality fitments and extremely comfortable beds. Great views of poolside and sea. Really enjoyed our time spent there and would recommend it to friends and family.
