Seaview Villa on the Hill at Patong Beach Thailand

The Prince Edouard Apartments & Resort is located on a hillside with fantastic view over Patong bay, Phuket Island, one thousand meters from the beach. The high standard resort consists of spacious luxury apartments and suites, equipped with a contemporary mixture of Chinese, Burmese and French empire style furniture. A very quiet place near the busy center of Patong Beach.
The residence is fitted with restaurant (breakfasts), pool, fitness & sauna, sky bar, garage, meeting room, laundry and front office.

The Thai House of the Prince Edouard Resort is a villa 170 sqm, located in front of the pool, a two floor construction Thai Style, with two bedrooms and three bathrooms, a large kitchen with eating area, a living room giving access to a terrace leading to the pool. Kitchen and bedrooms have their own terrace as well.

Apartments are fully serviced. Day and weekly rates include Breakfast. Monthly rates are Room Only, breakfast can be ordered separately. Rates are all taxes included.

The Prince Edouard Resort is located on the mountain at 80 m above sea level. This confers to the Resort a nice panoramic view over the ocean, the mountains and the town of Patong Beach down. The very steep roads leading to the Resort are unpractical for walking. We advise our customers to rent a motorbike or a car, not to be depending on taxis & tuktuks. The resort is fitted with underground parking (Free). There are so many things to do or to see on the quite large Island. A car or a bike will give you the freedom to go everywhere.

House rules.
All person taken inside the Prince Edouard premisses must be registered (copy of passport/Id card) at the office (opening hour 8 :00 to 18 :00). Joiners are charged 1000 baht per night (including breakfast).
All Payments by Credit Card, (Online, Virtual Credit Card and Link) are subject to 3% charge.
All our apartments are non-smoking. It is not allowed to smoke cannabis at the Prince Edouard (inside and outside).
Please keep Prince Edouard quiet, mainly with your motorbike.
