- A separate bedroom (pool level) that can accommodate 2 people with a shower room;
- Additional areas, such as a summer kitchen, a swimming pool and a boules court.
- A guest house of approximately 70 m² comprising: a separate studio bedroom*, a family bedroom with a double bed and a children's bedroom with 2 single beds sharing a shower room + bathroom. (*A ‘nanny’ studio with shower room and kitchenette that can accommodate 1 person)

- All guests must have holiday insurance
- Check-in: 5 p.m. - Check-out: 10 a.m.
- A deposit will be required by the owner: 25% of the total rental amount
- A rental agreement will be drawn up with the traveller (house rules)
