Small gîte (65 sq. m), renovated 2006, adjoining other buildings in hamlet in Le Valromey close to the Savoie. Open plan living room/fitted kitchen (microwave) & lounge area (double sofa bed, DVD player). 1st floor: mezzanine (games area), WC, shower room, large bedroom (double bed) with slightly sloping ceiling. Electric heating (convectors & underfloor). Lake Geneva-Mediterranean cycle route 20km. Terrace opposite gîte with good views of the Belledonnes, Chartreuse & Colombier in fine weather. Small garden, fountain. Virieu-le-Grand lake (swimming in summer) 5km. Optional cleaning charge: 40€. Paradise for cyclists (pleasant roads and Grand Colombier) .GR9 and many hiking trails.
