Inside, the home is open, spacious, and dressed with lots of comfortable furniture and thoughtful personal touches. The full kitchen has all the small and major appliances the family chef will need, plus ample counter space to assemble everything from a quick afternoon snack to a full-course meal for your dinner guests. There is plenty of outdoor seating on the back deck to enjoy those al-fresco meals and the private gas grill will ensure your family barbecues are a wild success. The kids will love romping around the secluded property while you share a few glasses of local wine with good friends on the deck's comfy furniture. You'll even have a wine fridge available to store your favorite bottles!

When it's time to wrap up an evening, you can watch your favorite movies and shows on the mounted flatscreen TV or head down to the firepit for some toasted 'Smores and some stargazing with the kids before retiring to one of the home's three well-appointed bedrooms. In the morning, head down to the dock to untie the family boat for an afternoon on the water! There is a short, gravel trail (1/10th of a mile) you will take down to the dock with some elevation changes along the path. There are lots of children's games for the little ones, and you can challenge someone to a game of cornhole then kick back in the home's central AC to enjoy a good novel. The private washer/dryer will ensure everyone's clothes are nice and clean during your stay. Don't forget to use the home's free WiFi to download a good playlist to your device or research a new lakeside adventure.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
