Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.

To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.

Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
◘No Events or Weddings
We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
◘Dog-Friendly with Fee
Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!

Amazing!!

We were in the area for college graduation for our daughter and this was the most PERFECT place for our family to enjoy one another's company and the area! The unit was clean, had tons of amenities and the outside sitting area was out favorite! If we ever are in the area again, we will be renting this amazing property!

Great location for Davidson Access

We had 5 adults and loved our stay. The outdoor area was great. Kitchen was well stocked with glassware/platters, etc Very easy parking. Port City is great restaurant but make reservations early.

We enjoyed our stay for a long weekend. The home looked just like the pictures. It had everything we needed. Beds and furniture are very comfortable. Fantastic location. We would stay again.

Lake Norman Cornelius

We found our unit, it was just cleaned. Beautiful view of the lake from the patio. Walk down to the dock, where we rented a pontoon boat, or walk to Port City restaurant. Great location for close by restaurants, stores, dog park, etc….

Great Home!

Beautiful home just as listed! Thankfully, this condo was well appointed with some great views. The weather did not cooperate with many of the outdoor plans we had for the week, as it rained every day and constantly for 5 days straight. The space, including covered patio allowed us to have a good week regardless as we were visiting our kids from NJ. Comfortable home with all the necessities any close to many shops and restaurants.

My daughter flew in from Switzerland for a short stay with her two year old. Tub in master not really clean and the shower curtain definitely needs to be replaced. Overall very nice but temperatures prevented some activities (no fault of the owner)

Aqua Vista trip

The condo was great. It was perfect for what we needed. As close to the pool as you can get. Ground level patio was a big plus as well. Really close to Publix/Harris Teater as well. Short distance to multiple marinas. We really enjoyed Port City Club restaurant as well. Had two great dinners there, then we just walked home. Loved it.

Great location, communication, layout

Plenty of space in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, next to the pool, which was terrific for getting to and from. The extra large patio was a real treat especially when having additional family over for dinner. The only negatives, and small at that, would be to flip the master bedroom mattress; the left side is becoming compressed and you roll a bit, a little better cleaning;, wipe the baseboards and under furniture(lots of dust bunnies), a few more dish towels would be great, if plants outside are going to not be watered, maybe just get rid of the dead plants and remove all the extra ceramic containers and 2 dead trees. Easy fix, and not really needed. We would definitely come back.

Great Condo in great location

Clean and comfortable and lovely decor - very happy it was on the 1st floor. Only wish my stay wasn’t in the winter so I could take advantage of being right next to the pool and lounging on the spacious back deck. Will return when the weather is better!

Nice place

This property is very well maintained and very clean. It is convenient to restaurants and overlooks the lake. My issue with VRBO is that many or most of the properties now have to be rented for 4 nights minimum. That will most likely keep me from renting from VRBO the next time I am looking for a place for a getway. Also, VRBO is also charging an extra charge on the credit card that is way over what we have already paid. These two issues, for me, are negative.
