This is a 1st floor unit. No stairs. Perfect for families with young children, guests with climbing difficulties. Please Note: This unit is not ADA compliant. The bedroom and bathroom door openings are very narrow and do not accommodate wheelchairs. The stall shower is small and it has a built up platform requiring a step up into it.

Of course...there's full use of Sun Beach's inviting swimming pool, BBQ at the pool deck, and large spacious deck with chairs and chaise lounges! Note that there is no guarantee that the pool will be available and no refunds will be provided if pool is not useable.
