The owners have taken every effort to see to it that this basement does not feel like any basement apartment you have ever seen. How do you do that? With lite walls that reflect the sunlight from the many windows and bright white porcelain tile floors. As you enter through a separate entrance, you will see new, oversized tile in the kitchen with a white granite countertop. As you turn the corner, you will see an eating nook with a granite and, charming wrought iron pedestal base, café table. The living room is nicely appointed with the historic wood floors that have been beautifully preserved over the years. The bedroom has white linens and you will find the bed to be of your liking. Now, turn the corner, and see the spa-like bathroom with floor to ceiling tile and marble finishes. The owners know they have succeeded in creating something other than a basement apartment by the popularity of the apartment.
The exterior of the home was built of blonde brick with thought put into the architectural details. The “Cottage Living in Lower Level Apartment” includes a full size washer and dryer, high speed WIFI, and 125+ TV channels. The property is located in a quiet, established neighborhood.
