LOCATION!!!! One to three miles to everything!!! This includes, shopping, entertainment, great restaurants, state parks, lakes, RDU airport, or I-40 and I-540 to get to all other surrounding cities. All within 1-3 miles!!! Cary Greenway paved walk path connects to back of property!!!! Garage!

Walk out door to wooded paved bike/dog, run path called Cary Greenway!!! Open concept living dinning, separate nook area with two desks for work or school. Upstairs bonus loft with double bed. Large TV in master and living room. Additional 3rd TV in loft bonus area.
