Nearby trail to Sandy Beach and close proximity to boat launch ramp. Both bedrooms have king size beds and TVs. Restaurants and stores nearby. Little Red River, located a few miles away, is good for trout fishing.

Condo was as presented in pictures. Very nice and cozy and impressively clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice to have private balcony. Stairs to unit, so plan accordingly. Parking was front row near ramp to stairs to unit. Great location.

Lovely condo!

This is the cutest condo! I stayed with my 2 grown kids and Carol had everything we needed and more! The beds were super comfy and all of the furniture and decorations appeared brand new and gorgeous! There is a Walmart about 5 mins down the road and the lake is a very short walk. The only negative I can say is that it’s not directly on the lake where you can see it from the condo, but we were very much pleased with everything else and would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this condo!! I cannot say enough to describe how nice it really is! I will say this, the pictures on vrbo do not do it justice..... The owners spared no cost when decorating and the furniture is beautiful!! The beds are so, so, so comfortable!! I was shocked at just how comfy they are! Top quality!! I most definitely recommend renting ‘Carol’s Getaway’ for your stay at Heber Springs. I will be renting again (hopefully several more times) before summer ends!
