Lake Martin is my happy place. My Gran and Poppa took me and my brother every summer. When my brother had kids, we picked the tradition back up and I've been search for property for the last 3 years. Then we found this place! We fully rehabbed it in 2021.

Why they chose this property

During our hunt for the perfect intimate wedding venue, we found Burke Cove. When the owner told me it was listed for sale, it took all my fiancé could do to keep me from going into shock. We drove up the next day and put in an offer. I wanted somewhere we could vacation each year, make memories and slow down the pace of life. This is it. We renamed it The Cove and did a complete remodel.

What makes this property unique

Each downstairs unit features its own private bathroom and offers direct access to a patio with stunning views of the lake. Guests can enjoy the beautiful cove, which boasts a fantastic dock perfect for boating, swimming, or simply relaxing on the water. The newly constructed retaining walls have created a spacious 20x40 paver area, ideal for lakeside weddings or any social event.
