The Casa Soglio is quiet and yet centrally located on the Oberenstrasse 5 in Davos-Platz. In the first sock, orientated to the east, south and west, lies the beautiful and comfortable three-room apartment with a view of the mountains. It is suitable for up to four people.
The apartment has a balcony, two bedrooms, one with two beds 90x200, the other with a bed 160x200. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, dishwasher, stove with steam extractor, etc. There is a bathroom with shower / WC / washbasin and a separate WC with washing machine. The apartment has WIFI Internet connection and a Bose music system with Aux-entrance and internet radio. To the house 10 units belong a ski room and five parking spaces.

Quiet, convenient location

Although finding the apartment can be a challenge, even with a GPS, (the driveway entrance is narrow and not obvious on initial arrival) it proved to be an excellent choice for our 10 day stay in Davos. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped.

Nice place for winter skiing

The apartment was great. Communication with Regula and Uschi went smooth. We enjoyed a week of skiing in Davos and the appartement was great for our time to relax after being outside the whole day. Thanks!

Eine sehr schön renovierte und gepflegte Wohnung in sehr guter Lage in Davos Platz. Bushaltestelle, Jacobshornbahn, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: alles in der Nähe.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Eine super Woche in Davos. Diese Wohnung ist wirklich empfehlenswert. Gemütlich und zweckmässig eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und sauber, wirklich eine super schöne Wohnung zum Mieten. Auch die Betreuung währenden den Ferien immer gewährleistet und für Fragen stets offen. Selten so erlebt wir hier. Kompliment !

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung

Von Erstkontakt bis Abreise alles top. Wohnung war super sauber. Alles war da, keine sterile Wohnung sondern auch mal noch ein paar Kaffeefilter, Salz etc. vom Vorgänger. Auch liebevoll eingerichtet. Vor Ort hatten wir es mit Uschi zu tuen eine lebensfrohe liebevolle Person. Sie wäre sicher bei jedem Problem zu Hilfe gekommen. Es gab aber nichts zu beanstanden etc. Das kleine Weinglas welches wir leider beim Entnehmen aus der Spühlmaschine kaputt gemacht hatten war auch kein Problem. Sorry dafür noch einmal. Gerne wieder Gruß Frank K.

Super saubere Wohnung an Toplage

Die saubere, gut gepflegte, hübsche und praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung befindet sich an einer Toplage in Davos Platz. Die Nähe zum Skigebiet ist super. Wir verbrachten schöne und erholsame Skiferien in Davos. Die Schlüsselübergabe etc. klappte einwandfrei.

Geruhsame Tage in Davos

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut mit einem tollen Bäcker und Bushaltestelle um die Ecke .Alles in der Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.Die Kommunikation mit Frau Enderlin und Frau Biäsch war sehr herzlich.Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Moderne, geräumige Ferienwohnung

Schöne, blitzsaubere Ferienwohnung in saniertem Altbau. Angenehmer Kontakt mit Vermieterin und der Dame, die sich vor Ort um die Wohnung kümmert. Fußbodenheizung, Küche perfekt ausgestattet, nur ein Toaster hat gefehlt. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Ein Bad und eine weitere Gästetoilette sind vorhanden, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. In ganz Davos kann man sich gut mit dem Bus bewegen, fährt alle 15 Minuten, mit Gästekarte kostenlos. Zu allen Skiliften kommt man direkt mit dem Bus. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, guter Bäcker sowie Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die schmale Auffahrt zum Parken auf dem Hof kann bei Eisglätte heikel sein; aber an der Straße unten kann man gar nicht parken. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit, den Kindern hat es super gefallen.

Sehr schönes Appartement

Schöne, moderne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung, perfekt für eine Woche Skiurlaub mit der Familie. Die Verwalterin war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super, Bus und Bäckerei nur eine Querstraße entfernt und Jakobshorn fußläufig erreichbar. Je nach Auto sollte man für die Auffahrt im Winter unbedingt Schneeketten dabei haben (wurde vor Anreise auch kommuniziert), praktischer Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus.

Eigentlich möchten wir die Wohnung gar nicht weiter empfehlen, würden am liebsten exklusiv für uns behalten! Wenn zu viele Gäste reservieren, bleibt kein Platz mehr für uns!!! :-))) Es ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp!!! Wunderschön, stilvoll und durchdacht eingerichtet! Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe und herzlichste housekeeping ever!!! Sehr sauber und auch in der Küche hat es alles Nötige, sogar so dass es auch "gluschtet" zu gebrauchen! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen gerne wieder!!! DANKE FÜR ALLES!!!

Top ausgestattete Wohnung an zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und ausgesprochen gut ausgestattet. Sogar eine Nespresso Maschine ist vorhanden. Es war alles tadellos sauber und die Vermieterin sowie die Verwalterin waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. In Gehdistanz findet man eine Bäckerei, einen Lebensmittelladen (Coop) sowie andere Geschäfte. Auch die Jakobshorn Skilifte sind in etwa 10 min. Fussweg erreichbar. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und können die Wohnung zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Wohnung und gute Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und auch zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was es braucht und was wir für unsere kleinen Kinder brauchten haben wir mitgebracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und es wurde sich um alles im Vorfeld gekümmert, vielen lieben Dank. Die Skilifte vom Jakobshorn sind in kurzer Distanz wie auch die Langlaufloipe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt vielen Dank.
