We came for the messe show and the location is about 20 min driving. Everybody had the right space and the sauna after work was a cherry on top of the cake

The property inside as well as outside 8thwas in excellent condition. As grown ladies we enjoyed our morning coffee outside. If you have young children they can enjoy the large yard which is fenced in. Extremely comfortable inside with modern kitchen and bathrooms.

Great property !

I booked this for our company as we were attending a Trade Fair. We had 8 people staying in the house for a week and there was plenty of room and hot water. The house is very homely and well maintained. We will definitely use this property again on our next Trade Fair visit. Thank you to the Wilms for the great communication during our visit.

very friendly and resp[onsive host. Place had a small GYM downstairs, two dry sauna's ( one single sauna one group Suana). very spacious home.obly issue we had was with WIFI that host promised to fix for future guests. reception was only good in the kitchen and TV area, and very week in downstairs bedrooms and almost zero upstairs. I am sure he will fix it for future.highly recomend this place

Fantastic stay

The property is absolutely perfect for big groups. We were a group of 9 and had absolutely no issues with space. The living room/kitchen is a perfect to congregate as a group with plenty of room for everyone. The outside space set ths place apart, we spent a lot of time outside and really appreciated having the seating area and the barbecue. HR owners are very helpful and responded quickly to all queries and questions. Couldn't ask for much more and would highly recommend staying here.

Wir haben als 5er-Gruppe die Unterkunft für ein verlängertes Düsseldorf-Wochenende gebucht.Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, die Beschreibung ist sehr genau, es ist wirklich wirklich ALLES vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Vollausgestattete Küche mit 4 Induktionsherdplatten, als Insel gestaltet mit Blick in den Ess- und Wohnraum (sehr gesellig).Eine vernünftige Grundausstattung an Gewürzen, Kaffe, sonstigem Kochbedarf, Reinigungsmittel, Spülmaschinentabs...einfach alles da.2 Bäder mit Regen- und Handbrausedusche.Saunabereich mit zusätzlicher Dusche.Großes Wohnzimmer mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und großem Fernseher, große Terrasse mit Überdachung und gemauertem Holzkohlegrill. Das Haus ist nicht hellhörig, man kann im Wohnzimmer sitzen, Musik hören und feiern und dennoch in den Schlafzimmern ruhig schlafen. Der Empfang und Check-In waren herzlich, der Vermieter super freundlich und hilfsbereit.Die Lage ist ruhig obwohl im Wohngebiet und die Anbindung nach Düsseldorf sehr gut. Von der Haustür bis in die Altstadt maximal 30 Minuten.Es war alles sauber und gepflegt. Reinkommen, ankommen, wohlfühlen!Preis-Leistung TOP!Alles in allem eine ganz tolle Unterkunft die ich jederzeit wieder buchen würde und uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen kann!Vielen Dank und bis hoffentlich bald

Haus in unruhiger Umgebung

Wohnung ist zufriedenstellend, Einrichtung weist sichtbare Gebrauchsspuren auf, ist im Verhältnis zum Preis einfach. Außenbereich ist gut nutzbar. Leider zeitweise Lärmbeeinträchtigung durch umliegende Schule und Kindergarten sowie durch Fluglärm aufgrund der Einflugschneise zum Flughafen Düsseldorf.

Absolut empfehlenswert für Gruppen mit dem Wunsch nach Privatsphäre!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Haus hat unsere Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt. Besonders schätzten wir, dass jeder in unserer Gruppe ein eigenes Zimmer hatte, was eine ideale Lösung für uns war. Das Haus war zudem sehr sauber und gepflegt.Die gut ausgestattete Küche lud zu gemeinsamen Kochabenden ein, und wir genossen es, zusammenzusitzen und zu essen. Auch den Grill im Garten haben wir genutzt und konnten einen sehr entspannten Abend miteinander verbringen. Das WLAN war zwar hauptsächlich im Wohnzimmer gut nutzbar, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat.Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden es auch selbst jederzeit wieder buchen!

Wij waren hier met 9 volwassenen. Genoeg kamers, 2 badkamers en evt nog douche gelegenheid bij de sauna. Eigenaar heel erg aardig. Woning moet je gewoon weer netjes opleveren, veegschoon

Freundlich und unkompliziert

Ein schönes Haus in guter Lage (Spielplatz, Schwimmbad, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Busanbindung zu Hbf alles in kürzester Nähe) mit viel Platz für Groß und Klein. Trotz eines kleinen Schadens, welchen wir Mieter zunächst nicht gesehen hatten, eine ganz freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir waren über Silvester ein paar Tage in dem Haus in Neuss. Die Unterkunft sieht aus wie auf den Bildern, optimal sind die vielen Schlafzimmer, die Sauna, der große Esstisch und die Lage (auch um mal nach Düsseldorf zu fahren). Alles ist gut abgestimmt und die Bäder sind auch top. Die zuvorkommende Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief einwandfrei, sodass wir alle wichtigen Informationen sofort erhielten und bei Fragen schnell eine Antwort bekamen. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft defintiv empfehlen und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.

Kerstmarkt in Dusseldorp

De gastheer was super. Mogelijkheden om wat langer uit te slapen op onze laatste dag was geen enkel probleem. Dusseldorp heel snel en gemakkelijk met de auto aan te rijden. Woonkamer ruim genoeg voor ons gezelschap van 9. Bedden sliepen helemaal goed, goede sanitaire voorzieningen en heerlijks sauna. Een echte aanrader!!!

Tolles Haus tolle Lage

Wir waren sehr mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden, alles war sauber, von den Toiletten/ Badezimmer bis zu den Schlafzimmern. Dass einzige was mich gestört hat war, da ich etwas größer in Höhe und Breite bin, dass ich wenig Platz auf zwei von drei Toiletten hatte, aber dafür würde ich keine Punkte abziehen. Wir denken auch nach als Gruppe dass Haus direkt wieder für nächstes Jahr zu buchen.
