Die FeWo verfügt über einen großen Balkon, der nur am Morgen in der Sonne liegt. Die Ausstattung mit den Küchenutensilien könnte etwas hochwertiger sein. Kaffee kann nur mit zwei unterschiedlich großen Espressokochern zubereitet werden, was meist nicht problemlos gelang, zumal der Griff des kleineren abgebrochen war.Der lange Sandstrand, an dem zu jeder Tageszeit genügend Platz war, ist fußläufig in ca. 7 Minuten zu erreichen.Abends ab 20.00 Uhr wird die Hauptstraße für den Durchgangsverkehr gesperrt. Dort findet dann das "Nachtleben" statt. Es werden von den Restaurants Tische und Stühle auf die Straße gestellt und verschiedene Händler preisen ihre Waren auf der Strasse an.Nervig ist die Müllentsogrung am letzten Tag, bei der der restliche Müll zur Deponie nach Sinsiscola gebracht werden muß.

Der beschädigte Griff des kleineren Espressokochers wird selbstverständlich ersetzt. Bezüglich der Müllentsorgung bedauern wir, dass dies als lästig empfunden wurde. Leider handelt es sich hierbei um lokale Vorschriften, die wir einhalten müssen. Wir danken für Ihr Verständnis. Wir hoffen, Sie bei einem zukünftigen Aufenthalt erneut begrüßen zu dürfen. Wenig Service

In der Unterkunft war nichts an Verbrauchsgütern vorhanden: weder Spülmittel noch Spüllappen, auch kein Geschirrtuch, WC-Papier oder ähnliches. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren nicht im Preis inkludiert und mussten separat geordert und gezahlt werden. WLAN funktionierte während der Dauer unseres Aufenthalts (1 Woche) nicht und konnte trotz täglicher Kommunikation mit Interhome nicht in Gang gesetzt werden. Die Müllentsorgung bleibt komplett dem Gast überlassen, Restmüll, der nicht zu den üblichen Abholungszeiten vor die Wohnung gestellt werden kann, muss zum Entsorgungszentrum (15 Minuten Autofahrt) gebracht werden. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war in Ordnung, auch die Lage zum Zentrum von La Caletta. Wir waren nur enttäuscht über die geringe Serviceleistung von Interhome und werden vermutlich keine Wohnung mehr anmien, die von Interhome direkt verwaltet wird.

Das bedeutet, dass gewisse Verbrauchsgüter nicht standardmäßig zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Dies wird in unseren Mietbedingungen und Reisedokumenten kommuniziert. Bezüglich der Bettwäsche und Handtücher weisen wir daraufhin, dass, wie in den Reisedokumenten angegeben, diese nicht im Mietpreis inbegriffen sind, jedoch bei Bedarf hinzugebucht werden können. Es tut uns leid, dass Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts Probleme mit dem WLAN hatten. Dieser Aspekt wurde zwischenzeitlich geklärt, um solche Vorfälle in der Zukunft zu vermeiden. Die Regelungen zur Müllentsorgung variieren je nach Lokalität und sind in manchen Gebieten durch lokale Vorschriften bestimmt. Gern versichern wir, dass unser Team stets vor Ort verfügbar ist, um jegliche Unklarheiten zu beseitigen und um bestmöglich zu assistieren. Abbiamo appena terminato il nostro soggiorno di due settimane presso questo appartamento......ottima posizione per il parcheggio e ottima posizione vicino al centro (raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi)......un bellissimo appartamento molto curato in tutti i dettagli.....pulizia eccellente con tutti confort necessari e anche di più.......camere da letto spaziose , cucina molto confortevole e il bagno una chicca, con doccia molto spaziosa e con getti idromassaggio......terrazzo dove poter stendere e pranzare .......i proprietari abitano sotto e sono disponibilissimi per qualsiasi cosa.......zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa e comoda per raggiungere tutte le spiagge più belle in zona o i paesini da visitare (San Teodoro, Budoni, Orosei ecc).......un ORTIMA LOCAZIONE da tornarci o consigliare sicuramente.

Soggiorno soddisfacente

Esperienza soddisfacente. Posizione molto comoda e pratica per la raggiungibilità a piedi dei vari servizi, ristoranti e della spiaggia. I proprietari di casa sono stati disponibilissimi e accoglienti ( abbiamo soggiornato con un cane di piccola taglia ) . Lo spazio nell'abitazione è adeguato per 4 persone. Unico neo lo scalino all'interno del bagno che potrebbe essere pericoloso ma che verrà comunque presto ristrutturato. Le spiagge della zona sono ideali per tutti ma soprattutto per le famiglie con bambini dato che l'acqua è piuttosto bassa nel tratto iniziale. Decisamente da consigliare
