Sports shop/ski rental. Heating in winter only. A cash deposit is required for the parking gate key and parking pass (CHF 200 or EUR 200). If you leave early in the morning, you can get your deposit back the day before your departure and will have to pay for parking for the last night. Large resort "Rosablanche", 8 storeys, built in 1972. 10 m from the skiing area. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing, pond. Tennis (01.Jul. - 15.Sep.), basketball, children's playground. In the complex: restaurant, sauna (extra). Massage (extra). Steam room (extra). Lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public parking 100 m extra. Shop 10 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 7.7 km, railway station "Sion" 20.5 km. Aufwachen mit Bergblick

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt und haben die Annehmlichkeiten dieser tollen Dachwohnung sehr genossen. Für uns gibt es kein besseres Skigebiet und keinen besseren Zugang dazu, als von Siviez aus. Deshalb waren wir schon oft hier. So gut haben wir jedoch noch nie gewohnt. Die Wohnung ist aus unserer Sicht einfach nur luxuriös.

Service

Die Oeffnungszeiten der Agentur vor Ort sind unzureichend. So sind Maengel in den ersten 48 Stunden anzuzeigen, davon ist die Agentur die ersten 39 Stunden geschlossen. Das Appartment war nicht dreckig, jedoch haben wir ein Bad selbst nachgeputzt. Nebenkosten sollten durch den Kauf von Muellsaecken entstehen. Dies wurde von verschiedenen Mitarbeitern unterschiedlich gehandhabt. Auch die Abbrechnung der Kurtaxe war schwierig, obwohl wir Anzahl, Alter und Aufenthaltsdauer vorher kommuniziert hatt

Geniale Wohnung - Leider schlecht geputzt

Diese Whg ist tatsächlich so toll, wie es auf den Bildern aussieht. Hochwertiger Innenausbau, schöne Zimmer. Wir waren jedoch geschockt vom dreckigen und wirklich unschönen Treppenhaus. Die grosse Terrasse bietet einen einmaligen Ausblick, beherbergt jedoch etliche übrige Gartenplatten und anderen alten, kaputten Plunder. Die Whg war nicht gut geputzt und das Geschirr nicht sauber - schade. Die Whg selbst ist sehr empfehlenswert. Gute Betten.

Très bien situé

Comme la 1ère fois très bel appartement, bien placé et très agréable. En revanche nous l’avions déjà loué en Février et la baie vitrée cassée n’était toujours pas réparée 6 semaines après... de même les piles des télécommandes ou le sac de l’aspirateur Archi plein. Tout est bien dans cet appartement en dehors de la terrasse qui est en dessous du reste (mobilier cassé, dalles qui bougent,...)

super schöne,top renovierte, sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung . Die Lage ist perfekt und direkt an der Piste. Nur das Haus hätte wieder mal eine Auffrischung nötig. Ist doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
