The large balcony with a view of the green space and without car passage will allow you to take all your meals outside and take a nap in the hammock. It is equipped with a garden table and a rack for surfing.
The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven and washing machine.
The accommodation, located on the 1st and last floor, renovated and very cosy, contains two sleeping areas = the bedroom in the mezzanine with a large dressing area + the living room area with a sofa that converts into a double bed.
