In a quiet and family-friendly building, close to the city center, George's Studio apartment is the ideal setting for a discovery stay in Colmar with family or friends.



This 60m² apartment has:

A first bedroom with a double bed.

A second bedroom with three single beds.

A living room with a single sofa bed and a television, with a dining area.

A fully equipped kitchen (cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster)

A bathroom with a bathtub.

A separate toilet.

The apartment also has a washing machine.



The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator.



Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay:

cleaning will be done,

beds will be made with clean sheets, and the necessary items for the sofa bed will be at your disposal,

clean towels will be available, as well as a bath mat and a kitchen towel,



Free parking spaces are available in the courtyard behind the house.

THE MARKET GARDENERS' DISTRICT: A peaceful haven nestled at the gates of Colmar, the Market Gardeners' district invites you to walk far from urban tumult. This district is highly appreciated by Colmar residents, both for walking and living. As its name suggests, this district was once dedicated to vegetable farming, and some plots remain where you can obtain fresh vegetables and fruits. Today, despite the multiplication of modern constructions, this sector benefits from preserved nature that encourages strolling, whether on foot, by bicycle, or on rollerblades! A pedestrian and bicycle path runs along the Lauch, bordered by trees where birds whistle cheerfully, an ideal place for a green break along the river. You will discover an imposing weeping willow whose branches softly dip into the waterway. On the other bank, tall reeds stand where water hens nestle. All along the path, calm will be the order of the day, barely disturbed by the rustling of low-flying ducks and the croaking of frogs. From spring onwards, you will have the chance to spot swans and their young. A beautiful walk to do with family on Sunday, to relax and enjoy the sun.



House Rules:

This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.

Tolerance is allowed on the terrace, we thank you for using the ashtrays provided for your use



Animals are strictly prohibited.



Bed and bath linens, as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay, are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linens, a general cleaning of the apartment and bathroom facilities.



However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up the inside of the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a so-called "complete cleaning" of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 60€ for cleaning fees will be charged to you



A digital contract signature and your ID will be requested after booking through the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police report, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.

**Pros:** The property offers a convenient location and complimentary on-site parking. **Cons:** The check-in and check-out procedures are notably cumbersome, with all instructions provided exclusively in French. This poses a significant challenge for non-French speakers, necessitating reliance on translation tools. Furthermore, the bedding was found to be uncomfortable, with springs causing pressure points. A chair in one of the rooms was damaged and exhibited signs of significant wear, including peeling upholstery. Throughout our entire stay, the Wi-Fi service was non-functional. Despite contacting the management agency, the issue remained unresolved until our departure. It is noteworthy that guests are expected to complete the check-out process using their personal data, given the absence of operational Wi-Fi. **Overall:** I cannot recommend this establishment.

Le logement est bien placé pour visiter le centre historique de Colmar.Le logement est correct mais les matelas sont hs et le wifi ne fonctionne pas.L’appartement se situe au dernier étage d’une maison divisée en plusieurs appartements.Le terrain autour de la maison n’est pas entretenu.

Nous n'avons pu bénéficier de l'accès à internet et par conséquent à la télévision qui passait exclusivement via la box internet durant tout le séjour.Nous avons téléphoné dès le lundi matin à l'agence cotoon pour signaler le problème, laquelle nous a indiqué dépêcher dès le lendemain un technicien. Cela n'a jamais été le cas, et en dépit de nombreuses relances téléphoniques les dex jours suivants nous n'avons eu aucune intervention pour réparer le problème.Nous avons eu le sentiment d'être pris pour des imbéciles et cela est inadmissible. La literie laisse aussi à désirer, les matelas devraient être changés... Bref, nous sommes très déçus et éviterons à l'avenir de passer par votre site. Puisqu'en l’occurrence, la gestion est rétrocédée à une société immobilière qui ne se préoccupe pas de la clientèle (aucun contact si ce n'est téléphonique)
