(To reduce the number of fraudulent chargebacks). In regard to the lipstick, we appreciate you letting us know, our HK leaves the apartments in pristine condition however in the case that something is overlooked we try to make it right. In your case we weren't made aware, otherwise we would've loved to bring you new pillow covers. Nevertheless, we appreciate you for letting us know and we hope you visit us again soon!
