The WiFi didn’t work. The front bathroom wasn’t clean. But everything else was great. It was nice to have all our family together. The kids room was great for them. They have a lot of toys, books and games for them to play with.

Host was excellent did a very nice decoration surprise for us & our family for Christmas!!! Place was very clean and well kept!!!There was 1 thing we came accross...it looked like someone had either used the door of the dishwasher as a step or fell into it and pushed the bottom back; thus making the lower racks wanting to come out on their own when you open the door not being level!Mother nature blew up a storm and blew down the back rain gutter one night when we were there...along with tipping chairs over and moving them...we set them back up.Overall I would have no problem at all staying at our Hosts place again!!!

Nice property, friendly host. Disappointed that the door to the game room was locked upon our arrival so the larger group couldn't enjoy it the first night. We did get access to the game room on the 2nd day.

Great house and location

We had a great time staying at this wonderful property. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the interstate, food and shopping. The fully, privacy fenced backyard was wonderful. Extra pillows and blankets were appreciated. Highly recommend staying here.

We had 10 family members stay here ranging from 2-63 in age. It was wonderful! The house had everything we needed with lots for the 4 kids to do. We would definitely stay here again! Communication with the host was fantastic. Thanks!

The house was very clean and welcoming. We had a great stay there. The neighbor hood was peaceful. I like the fact that it was closer to the Roaring Spring waterpark. My kids really love it there. Thank you! Oh my kids loved the backyard too

House was very clean, comfortable beds, nice backyard, great neighborhood. Meet the needs for my families stay! Bedroom with futons had a desk so my daughter could till zoom with her tutor and made a great tv room with tons of dvd movies. Great house with no negatives!

Christmas stay with family

We loved staying here! There was plenty of space and the house was clean and had lots of extras that we loved like a popcorn maker and kids toys in the family room. There were a few fixtures that didnt work like lamps and the furnace wasn't able to be controlled by us which wasn't the best but overall we liked it. The backyard was great and our dogs and kids really enjoyed it. It's also really close to a little park and that was fun also. Overall a great house and a great location.

there were 5 adults and 3 children in our group. An almost 2 year old, a 4 year old and a 7 year old. They had so much fun there. They had a nice amount of toys for the children to enjoy. And best of all there were trucks in with the toys! It had a nice amount of beds so we all could have our own bed. the 4 and 7 year old granddaughters picked the room with the 2 bunk beds and chose the top bunk. It is a large enough place for us all to feel comfortable. It was too chilly for us to get to spend time outside. The backyard looked like it could be a lot of fun. It is a very clean, comfortable house to get to rent..

Nice property, bad experience with host

Spent three hours trying to get the code to get into the property, including over an hour with Vrbo customer service, essentially ruined the beginning of our trip. We essentially spent more than 3 hours trying to figure out where we were going to stay since the host was not responding to any of our texts, calls, messages, or voice mails. We did finally hear from her, to which she responded and gave us a very small refund amount for our troubles, not nearly enough for what we went through. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Enjoyed Our Stay

We rented this house for a short trip to Boise for a family reunion. Nice clean house. Everything was wonderful. However, there were a few things to be aware of. 1-The bunk bed in the one room was really wobbly. So much so, that my brother took the mattress off the top bunk and slept in the living room. 2- The lawn has prickly weeds. Both in the front and the back. Couldn’t take full advantage of the fenced backyard because we had to have shoes on while outside due to the weeds. 3- There was a very strong gasoline smell around the driveway. We thought it was coming from the neighbors gas can that had not been stored properly but when we went to pack up our vehicle this morning the neighbors garage was shut and around our vehicles the strong gasoline smell was still there. 4- No pack n play in the house. Owners said it was due to liability.

Its an option if you have a pet!

Before we checked in we had a difficult time confirming details with our host, and were told to reach out to vrbo directly after being told "we think everything looks okay on our end" but never a confirmation. Hearing horror stories of being charged for situations similar, i reached out to vrbp to confirm if our pet was indeed added. She wasnt. If i did not reach out and wait on hold for over an hour during our check in time i would have been charged double by the host for bringing an animal. It was very off putting and felt like i was being tricked to pay more since the original confirmation had her listed. Upon arrival we found the house dusty, and smelling heavily of febreeze and wall plug ins. Windowseels needed cleaning, dust behind doors etc. For being an aniaml friendly house i would expect the pet fee to go towards deeper cleaning. The amentities were fine. Blinds were broken. Pans were rough, some having food so burnt to the bottom you couldnt use. No plastic bags or food storage so this was difficult with cooking anf having leftovers etc. The bbq was empty and the door is falling off. Bunk beds were very squeeky. Overall, the decor looked nice and it does have plenty of beds for sleeping large groups.

Nice home, but needs some replacing of items

The host was able to let us in about 2 hrs earlier since we arrived early. We picked the location due to proximity to family and allowing pets. I should have looked at the beds being double beds. It says you can fit 2 on a double, but they must be small people. The bunk bed was wobbly. The beds were very comfortable. There were some maintenance issues, that I brought to the owner’s attention. The hammock in the back is falling apart, and not safe. The foosball table is left outside in the elements and the foosball field is warped. I suggest a better showerhead also. There was just enough toilet paper to last until the last day. I hope more is provided if you have more then 4 guests. There was not enough laundry detergent to start a load when we left, which is what they asked us to do upon leaving. I did not like that the thermostat was locked, so we could not change it. It was set at 71 degrees, but that was too cold for us. There were extra blankets available.

This property was selected because it's perfect for multi-family getaways but affordable enough for even the smallest families. We enjoy sharing this home with guests and their friends, families and business associates.

This lot sits in a cul-de-sac and right next to a park. This provides extra play area and a basketball court that families can enjoy their time together more. The property itself is a larger lot and is fully fenced in with a fire pit, propane BBQ and some other outside games. There is also a separate bonus room with a TV, games and movies along with an office space that can be utilized for work or professional purposes.
