We stayed in this property for couple of days on our visit to Banff National park and enjoyed our stay here! The property is placed in a convenient location with grocery and convenience locations nearby. The property is well maintained and perfect for small family stay!
This apartment is well equipped, shopping and restaurants are nearby. Passes for the national parks are provided, the communication with the acency was perfect.

We had an excellent stay at this property. It felt like our home away from home. The owners were very prompt to respond and very helpful making recommendations when we asked. It has all the amenities and technology (wifi, smart tv) to make our stay very comfortable. Place was clean and well maintained and location was good with nearby restaurants, plaza within walking distance. The property also includes national park pass which was convenient and saved us a bit of $. Overall we were happy with our stay… we didn’t want to leave! :)
The place was described as per the posting. Good location and management were very good at responding. Just note you have to register your vehicle upon arrival via the scan code provided in the suite. I did this and I still got a ticket. Not properties issue but I now have to fight the ticket.
Great location to be able to walk everywhere. Large parking lot plus street parking. Enjoyed the heated pool and large hot tub.
The unit is clean. The kitchen has everything you need: pots, pans, blender, mini electric grill, toaster, coffee maker and many utensils.
The bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap in the showers, liquid hand soap on the counter and lots of towels.
The washer & dryer are nice to have, detergent and fabric softener sheets are available.
Hosts are friendly and easy to reach if you need anything. We would stay here again.

Perfect for our family for weekend, everything we needed. Clean and nice decor. Loved the pool & hot tub. Appreciated having basic cooking supplies, soaps, shampoo, and more. VRBO was very helpful in getting the check-in information when we arrived since it went to our old email. Would book with VRBO again.
Everything was smooth from check in to check out. We are 8 adults in our group and 2 had to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. All the essentials mentioned in the website were there including supply of coffee and we were provided with more coffee when we requested. We love the front keyless door, fully-equipped kitchen with an exhaust fan right on the stove, big fridge, all modern and new, Alexa speaker, big TV set with Netflix, good-size bathrooms with exhaust fans with timers, supply of shampoo and liquid soap, etc. Location was perfect and we did a lot of walking to city centre all the way to the Bow river.. Parking in the compound was available, garbage bins were just nearby. We will definitely consider this property again if we visit the area with a big group. And thank you property manager for promptly responding to our emails and our requests.
Overall, our family found this property was exactly what we needed. The apartment itself was clean, with updated appliances and TVs. The property has an outdoor pool and hot tub which was great for unwinding at the end of the day. And the location is literally a 5 minute walk away from a spot that has all you need (pizza, coffee, etc).
We had one issue that required contacting the hosts, and they were in touch within seconds (literally). Incredibly fast, friendly and helpful.
We'd definitely stay here again. Thanks!

The property is exactly as advertised in the pictures, clean and pleasant. Wish there's a hanger for the jackets and a shoe rack near the main entrance. Other than those, we like the place. We want to come back to it next time.
Mystic Springs is a go to when staying in Canmore. The heated outdoor pool and hot tub are so great at the end of the day. The place was great. Had everything we needed and more. Very much appreciated having the park passes. Whole group enjoyed it.

The condo was clean and conveniently located to downtown.
The mgmt compant uses chemical scented diffusers (6 of them) , so if you are sensitive to smells perhaps ask them to remove the diffusers before you arrive.
