Furniture was dated as far as being torn. Dirty curtains, patches in walls, broken switch plates. The kitchen cabinets peeling. So not what I expected for the money I paid. But the owner was very nice in letting me cancel the rest of the week and reimbursing my money.

Very beat up

I am not a picky person at all. Great view and good location. Resort is dirty and very rough shape. We were in 1708 two bedroom. It would be perfect but the room is in disrepair. Need lots of cleaning, paint and new upgrade to cabinets. The whole resort looked run down. Management need to fix this place could easily be a great resort.

Average Condo

I booked this condo for the windows and beach view. Unfortunately, we were on the side that looks right into the building next door. The view of the ocean was from the side. The view from the master suite was better, but none of the windows opened and there was no patio access from the master suite. The kitchen contained minimal supplies. It wasn’t awful but very inconvenient. The condo wasn’t dirty , but it looked a bit run down (peeling paint, carpet pulling up, dented appliances).

Great view but….

Potentially gorgeous corner unit provided awesome views up and down coast. However the unit is very dated and needed a THOROUGH cleaning and maintenance overhaul. There were several burned out light bulbs. The toilet paper holder and hand towel holder in master bathroom were broken. The toilet ran in the other bathroom. The kitchen sink is not attached to the countertop. There were no extra linens for the pull out sofa. We found an empty water bottle on the floor of the master bedroom. If this unit has a little TLC we’d rebook in a heartbeat.
