Situated
At about 2 km from the center of Solarino and tucked away in a perfectly quiet and typical Mediterranean landscape, there is the elegant and provided with all comforts detached Villa. The family friendly villa with Sicilian flair lies within a 5.000 square meters large and completely fenced-in property, which offers all types of comforts inside the house as well as outdoors.

Accommodation main building
The villa offers a living area of about 160 square metres for totally 6 people which is divided in two separated buildings (main building 120 square meters / 4 people), annex 40 square metres / 2 people).
The heart of the villa offers on a ground floor elegant furnishings for four people and has everything in matters of comfort one could desire. Through the front door you reach a pleasant bright winter garden with sitting area, Hi-Fi, TV and a glass table suitable for cozy evenings game.
Once you leave the winter garden, you reach an other bright and elegant ambience. On the left hand side there is a beautiful kitchen with electric oven, dish washer and microwave overlooking a cozy and inviting living area. The living room itself offers dining table, open fire place, upholstered furniture, satellite TV with x-Box and air conditioning. The upholstered furniture are not only an idyllic sitting in front of the fireplace, but also overlook the well kept Mediterranean garden surrounding the house. Espresso machine (Classic Espresso Maker) available. Two steps lead you to the remaining spaces of the main building. Old Sicilian bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan, bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning. Bathroom with bath and shower, WC/Bidet. In addition, the house provides guests with Wi-Fi, table soccer and toys for children.

Accommodation annexe
Not more than 10 meters from the main building there is a separate annex of about 40 square meters with functional furnishings. In the same bedroom there are one double bed and one single bed. The room has also air conditioning, ceiling fan and wood oven. Separate bathroom with shower, WC.

External accommodation
The outdoor facilities don’t let you miss the inside comforts, but instead complete them. On the front of the house there is a charming gazebo overlooking the lush lawn with seating and table where you can enjoy fresh almond milk sitting in the shade. Directly in front of the annex is another gazebo with seating and table, but this time made of stone. Here you can comfortbaly sit and dine al fresco or be present when your loved ones are swimming and playing in the private pool. Close to the pool there is an other tiny porch with barbecue. While some wait under the gazebo to have dinner, the other are splashing in the pool, others doze on the loungers, one must sacrifice doing the bbq.
Next to the barbecue area there is a dressing room with shower, WC and washing machine. Separated by a fence and located near the pool, a garden of lemon and orange trees which guests can nibble depending on the season.
On request it is possible to arrange the use of the pool also before and after the reported dates. In this case the price applied will be relating to the Mid-season of the price list. Shaded and easy parking inside the fully fenced property. Car use necessary.

At a glance
The Villa is the perfect retreat for a family holiday with children and at the same time an excellent starting point for starting form here relaxing day trips in order to enjoy the beauty this Island can offer you. Syracuse, with its unique history and monuments can be easily reach, as well as the sandy beach of Fontane Bianche which is little more than 20 minutes drive away. The only problem guests will have in this Villa is to be spoiled for choice if they prefer to spend their time inside or outside the house.
