Catch the Freebie shuttle service from this beach house to take you to all the great shops and restaurants on Atlantic Avenue. Location is AMAZING on Miramar Drive. House comes equipped with everything you need for a fabulous vacation including 4 cruiser bikes ( bike helmets and bike lock) for your complimentary use. And even better, our home comes with 4 VIP beach passes to include 4 cushioned comfortable lounge chairs, 2 umbrellas and 2 side tables set up every day of your stay by the fabulous Oceanside Beach Service, servicing Deefield Beach to Jupiter Beach. You can basically try out lots of different beaches during your stay! And if you are bringing your toddlers we also offer the option to add a fence around the pool and we have pack-n-play, high chair and other items for you to use during your stay at our beach property! Perfect Location and Stay

This property is perfect for a group of friends looking to experience Delray. The location couldn’t be better, walking distance to the beach and Atlantic Ave. The house itself is a perfect beach house, we made great use out of the pool and hot tub.

The house was a great homebase for our friends' weekend. The pool and hot tub were great to have, and the entire property was well-maintained. The proximity to the beach and free shuttle into downtown made this a great long weekend. Jodi was fully available in the event we had any issues, but absolutely no issues arose. My friends were already asking me about booking this location again next year. Thank you, Jodi!

Wonderful House and location

This house is in the perfect location from town and the beach. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend renting this house and I plan to do so again soon! The house is clean, well equipped and spacious. Perfect for a family get away!

We had a wonderful stay. It was a perfect location. Close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The owner was so incredibly helpful with our needs. There was a Concierge service that made restaurant reservations and even had groceries at the home prior to our arrival. I would highly recommend this property!

The home was perfect for our annual trip. The location is ideal with a short walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. The pool/spa is an added bonus for relaxation and socializing. The house is well-appointed and the host was very responsive and attentive. I highly recommend.

This property was fantastic. We were a large group that was coming in from out of town and only were able to bring a few items. Jodi has done an amazing job of providing all of the necessities. Would absolutely recommend this for a large group due to the space and rooms.

Amazing property by the beach!

I grew up vacationing in Delray and knew exactly where this property was. It did not disappoint! Perfect for a family with 2 older teens and super close to the beach and Atlantic Ave. It was wonderful! With the chilly weather while we were there, the heated pool and hot tub were definitely used!

Del Ray Home at its Finest

Our family recently stayed at the home walkable to the beach. From the moment we walked in, we know it would be a successful trip! The home was clean as could be. It had all you could possibly need. The location is so close to the beach makes sunrises and sunsets beautiful. The pool and jacuzzi was perfect and the bikes made riding by the beach so enjoyable!! Any question I had was answered so quickly and easily. Anyone thinking about where to go or stay; this is the spot: We were sad to go, and look forward to coming back. Made vacation easy and fun!!

Perfect for family and friends

We so enjoyed being able to stay on one property with family. Our family of 5 stayed in the main house and my in-laws, a family of 4, stayed in the guest house. The pool was perfect for cooling off and lots of play time for the kids. The beach, shops and restaurants are a quick walk..so convenient. When we had an issue arise Jodi quickly responded and sent a repairmen. I would stay here again when visiting the area.

The property was even more beautiful than the listing described—immaculate, peaceful, and with a very private, well-maintained pool. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was our host, Jodi. She was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and attentive from start to finish. Jodi went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a perfect weekend. When we ran into a minor issue with the shower, she responded immediately and even followed up with a phone call to ensure everything was working properly. Her genuine care and responsiveness made all the difference. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone!

Great Location and Space

The property was everything me and my family (6 total adults, 2 children 2 and under) wanted! The location is a block from the beach, and a block from E Atlantic, making it very walkable to most things, and a short car ride to all the grocery stores (or an easy instacart order). Having both the main house and the guest house was perfect - the right amount of space for everyone. The pool/outdoor area is definitely the highlight of the property- it’s like it’s own little oasis, and with the tall palm trees you sort of forget where you are. I had a few logistical questions during our stay, and Jodi was very quick to reply and always helpful. My family and I would love to rent the space again in the future!

Fantastic!!!

Nine friends annual trip to SoFlo. Main house and guest house were both super cute and clean! Terrific supply of both bath towels and beach towels, cute beach bags available for use, super comfy bedding. Great kitchen supplied with everything you would need to cook on vacay. Excellent pool/spa area!!! Cushioned lounge chairs for everyone and large dining table with umbrella. Pretty landscaping with amazing palms and pretty flowers! Location is the absolute best in town!!! We were able to walk everywhere!!! Also convenient to use the Freebee app to get free rides to the store or further down Atlantic if needed. Always an Uber close if needed. There are nice restaurants, casual food options, great boutiques, beach shops and convenience stores a few minutes walk away. Excellent stay - Highly recommend!!!

Perfect location for a family beach vacation!

We absolutely loved this house! Having a seperate house was perfect as it kind of became the kids hang out spot. The pool and spa was a decent size, lots of lounge chairs and pool toys/floats. We loved having the wagon to take chairs and beach toys to the beach. The perk of getting 2 chairs/umbrellas at the beach was great. The house is literally only steps to the ocean. We come down to Delray twice a year so I’m happy to have found this house as a great family option. We had a small issue with the dishwasher (user error) and someone came out right away to show us what we were doing wrong and got it working! Communication was great throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this property. Thank you! We look forward to staying again at your home again!
