Welcome to ‘The Lake House on the South Shore’.

Enjoy daily sunrise and sunsets over Clark Lake and the sandy shallow water perfect for families, kids, and water fun. This 5 bedroom/4 bath executive home offers high-end amenities, a kitchen designed for a chef with Wolfe appliances, and a 15-foot island for family meals and gatherings. The great room offers amazing views of Clark Lake, a 75 inch television, surround sound, and 25 foot vaulted ceilings. Directly across the street, you will find Whitefish Dunes State Park where you can walk one of several trails through the woods and find yourself just minutes from Lake Michigan and the popular Cave Point.
