It includes: Living room with a lounge area (sofas, TV), a dining area, and an equipped open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer); bathroom with bathtub, bidet and washbasin; separate toilet; Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, wardrobe ; Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, closet; Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, closet; garage (for storage only) with washing machine. Enclosed garden: garden furniture, barbecue, terraces.
Capacity: 6 people. WIFI. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra 120€). A contribution to charges of 50 € per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER et MID-MAY included.
