Welcome to Water & Mountain Retreat, a spacious, pet-friendly getaway designed for comfort, connection, and memorable moments. Just inside the front door, you'll find ample space for storing lake or ski gear, along with a convenient laundry room and half bath on the main level.

The great room is the heart of the home, featuring a wall of windows with sweeping views of Lodestone Golf Course and the surrounding mountains—sunrises here are especially stunning. In cooler months, gather around the cozy gas fireplace and settle in.

The open kitchen makes it easy to stay connected while preparing meals. It's fully equipped with both Keurig and drip coffee makers, a large pantry, a baby seat, island seating, and an additional bar for extra room to gather. The main level primary suite offers a king bed and a spacious bathroom with a custom-tiled walk-in shower.

Upstairs, the loft invites quiet moments with a shared library and reading nook. A private office with a standing desk, printer, and TV. Two additional queen bedrooms, each with a private bath, are also located on this level.

The lower level is made for fun, featuring a family room with multiple TVs, a gas fireplace, a pool table, arcade games, board games, and a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator. Sleeping accommodations include two queen bedrooms, a bunk room with two duo bunks, and a full bath. All six bedrooms have TVs.

Quick easy family getaway

Celebrated the New Year with a short family getaway in the mountains. Beautiful home in the mountains close to Wisp ski resort and everything you would need. Everyone was helpful and the home was as described with plenty of room to gather and spread out.

Great experience overall

We had 5 family with the total number of 18 people living in the house. Did a lot of bbq and fireside chatting. The WISP resort is only 5 minutes away. Everyone enjoyed the stay.

Perfect house for our family gathering

This house was wonderful and roomy and offered everything we needed for family gathering of 12 people. Weather was rainy in Deep Creek so we were happy to have this lots space for indoor family time. Kids had the basement area to themselves and grown-ups were upstairs. Worked great for everyone. We would stay again.

Good Stay at Water and Mountain Retreat

Overall the house was beautiful and clean and we had a nice stay. The layout of the house where there is one bathroom in the basement shared by 10 people was a little inconvenient. Also the walls are very thin and you could hear a lot of noises coming from different parts of the house.
